One of the creepiest enemies imo are Swarm from Super Smash Bros Wii U. They only appear during the boss stage in classic mode, but they are very very creepy with how they're made of black particle things that take the forms of other enemies from smash run in the 3DS version
I dont remember the name of these but those flying ghost things in that scary sunken ship lever from Kirby and the rainbow paint brush are also pretty freaky.

The Lunge Fish reminds me of a certain enemy from Yoshi’s Story: the Blurp. They’re a lot like Cheep-Cheeps and if they hit you, they insta-kill you by swallowing you whole. Thankfully, they’re quite rare only appearing in the level Jungle Puddle.

*Lunge fish* may be creepy, but remember that there's Boss Bass, Bubba, & Cheep Chomp, who are just as terrifying, if not, worse. Ugh, *Underhands*. They will even slowly reach for you THROUGH THE FLOOR! 🥶 *Moblins* can be terrifying because they can cause jumpscares as they come charged at you with their bulldog face & that loud "MOO!". The moblins here had spears though, not clubs. *Romani Ranch aliens* are creepy for two reasons; 1: the music, 2: what they do to Romani if they abduct her. *Shunned Guy* is...definitely something, definitely creepy alright! And the music that plays with it sounds suspiciously similar to the Shower Scene from Psycho. And the movements, ew! The *Mad Piano* is an infamous one & it still scares people. *Redeads*, aka the face humpers. It's messed up, especially if you're playing as Young Link, a child. 🤢 The *Gattling Groink* is more ANNOYING than scary, still hate how it just sits on a ledge, killing the Pikmin for no reason whatsoever, grrrrr (it kills for fun; everything else just predates the Pikmin) *Ornes.* Yep, I heard of these things, stalking you with their creepy 8-bit theme tune, being able to insta-kill you, *The Bunmawashi Dolls* - what makes them worse is the fact that they're CLOWN DOLLS with AXES! They have a creepy walk, too. *Wall Masters* - Nintendo really like their creepy hand enemies...they are very annoying though, but they are just disembodied hands...ugh... *Dead Hand* - definitely deserves the no.1 spot! It's more terrifying when you're fighting this as Young Link. This abomination eats kids using those hand & that dislocated jaw, & the wall is all made up of skulls; skulls from its previous meals. 😱
The Mummys from wind waker should be here, they legit freeze link just by going near them then do a menacing scream then climb onto links shoulders and start biting him
