We then explained that we can get the a 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 car garage and a pool for the same price. Your money goes a lot further in Englewood. Let us know if you ever want to sell your place up there and move down to a true beach lifestyle. Wish you all the best and keep watching!

What is the name of the builder ? How does quality of construction compare to homes built in Beachwalk ?
The builder at Coco Bay is Lennar. Equivalent quality to Divosta in Beachwalk.
