Never have seen a shorter shift lever on any other motorcycle! Kinda sucks if you have big feet and bulky boots and at least with quick shifter there seems to be no easy way to adjust the lever higher to accomodate ...I have to use the side of my boot rather than getting toe under....which I am getting used to but was very offputting originally....hard to believe Yamaha could not have done a better job engineering the shift lever mounting position/length
Hi. Please can you confirm the procedure to activate quick-shift? Start the motorcycle in 2nd gear wait 10 sec and turn it off. Turn it on again in 3rd gear wait 10 sec change to 4rd gear is that right? I have a Yamaha 9 too with the same color and the seller installed the qs but is not working.
@@dougiequick1 yes i did myself its very simple but to take out the cover of socket to connect QS its dificult .The measurement its no big issue just measure before and make a same after.i did without manual or instr. just watch couple video here and then go
it helps both up and down! you can shift without a clutch in the right position! you probably have to use the clutch, but with the quickshifter you shift easier and faster🙏❤️

if the screen shows QS then it means it is on
What does "237.4-1mm" mean ??? plus or minus one millimeter? lol or 236.4mm??

Funziona sia in salita che in scalata? Non uso frizione giusto?
