Real simple my brother once you hire me I’m on call 24 seven I train you for all that stuff before you ever get on the road that stuff you’re saying sounds very difficult but in reality it’s not if your driver calls you and says the truck is broken down. You don’t even need to call me You have electronic logbook connected to your car which is called an E log, which is like a black box automatically it will call roadside assistance. They will come fix your truck in less than an hour and you’re back on the road. If you need fuel, I confront it to you through my factoring company if it’s an accident, same way, they will come tow the truck which God forbid stuff like that never ever happens hardly ever because when we hire you a driver, we get you drivers that have minimum 5 to 10 years of driving experience as far as the lowball offers? we open up your own brokerage so you deal with the shipper directly we train you how to talk to the shippers and how to get the best loads not only for your truck but to sell it to others as well and like I said whenever you’re ready to hire me, let me know the fee that I charge? Is a one time fee and you have me for a year straight as a mentor no hidden fees no percentage kept from your loads
