My theories on salaar crossovers :

1) Jr.Ntr is from ghaniyar tribe !!¡
In salaar , Mannar have Shiv mannar , raja mannar , rudra , vardha , radharama . The Shouryanga have deva , dhara , bharava . But in Ghaniyar , there is no powerful leader aa other 2 have . ...... Also raja mannar mentioned that Ghaniyar fought among themselves . So Probably .... Jr.ntr was from Ghaniyar and left the tribe itself and went away from khansar . Mannar is bull who hits the target and finishes it when they se red colour. Shouryanga is wolf who make the plan and then attack . But ghaniyar is eagle and eagle takes the flight when he sees a chance . So jr.ntr may be waiting for all tribes to settle so he can finish the remaining one and become the king . Or he will exist in shiv mannar time .
2) Jr.Ntr will be from mahara who donot pray wolf , bull or eagle , Mahara pray to kali mata . So he may be from mahara and he maybe gone from there due to some reason . But he will return to finish all 3 tribes from khansar and free Mahara.
3) Raja mannar went away from khansar for sometime, but where did he go exactly??? And whom did he meet ?? That guy may be Jr.ntr .
4) Jr.Ntr is brother of raja mannar . Shiv mannar wanted a guy from khansaar look at the strategy of other countries against khansaar thats why he kept jr.ntr out of khansaar to look after the enemies .
5) Jr.ntr will be adhya's brother . Just kidding... But still cant say !!

I think IF KGF was to have any connection to any other movies, the best chance would be with NTR31. Or another possibility is NTR31 X Salaar cross over. It would make more sense than having a KGF x Salaar crossover. It just does not make sense logically. Couple of reasons:
1) Actors in the two films not only Eswari Rao and Ramachandhra Raju, but also the actor Ravi Bhat who plays Shruthi Hassan’s father. He was the same actor who interviews Ramika Sen in KGF 2.
2) Actress Eswari Rao plays the role of a Muslim woman named Fathima in KGF 2. In Salaar she plays the role of a woman whose son’s name is Devaratha. It is interesting that we never hear what her name actually is in Salaar, but that could be for another revelation in Part 2.
3) If she was the same character as from KGF she would be super old. Way older than she is portrayed in the Salaar. In 1981 in KGF Chapter 2 she looked as if she was in her mid 40’s. So that would be mean that in 2017 in Salaar she would be somewhere around 75-81 years of age.
**Also I don’t think that the Prabhas with the mustache look from the promos is Deva’s older brother or father. It is Deva himself, or more specifically Salaar Devaratha Raisar. It is meant to show his progression and transformation into the character of Salaar. Just like the tattoo. It is interesting because in a past interview about KGF Chapter 2, Prashant Neel talks about how Rocky was supposed to shave his beard and have only a mustache going from Chapter 1 to Chapter 2. It think it is a similar situation here.
This is not fake news you can find the clip of Neel talking about it on Galatta Plus RUclips channel called “He was not willing to do that”.
Or it could just be that the picture was taken while Prabhas was shooting Adhipurush where he had a mustache like that.

Sir NTR 31 can be linked by the role of Deva's father who is killed by Raja mannar for the seat so NTR 31 can be linked to salaar universe by Shouryanga tribe.

Yeah I agree. Obviously the Ugram story is there. But also Varadha and Deva’s friendship is a parallel to the friendship of Duryodhana and Karna respectively. i think that rocky and shiv mannar crossover can happen because if you see the ruling timeline of shiv mannar it is from 1947 to 1985
and rocky died in 1981(maybe he is alive) so my theories is that we can get references of khansaar in kgf or kgf refrences in khansaar
might be because kgf chapter 3 might be based on the years skipped in kgf chapter 2(1978-1981) so this crossover can happen maybe plzz saquib bhaiya consider my theories or get me pinned
