I spoke to Hachette regarding the build quality and function of the motors. Managed to get the undercarriage doors working after spending a few hours this weekend. Very frustrating. As you say lack of power is an issue on the motors and undercarriage.

I've had a deep look into the doors not closing, there's nothing you can do without sanding the rubber tire down and shaving the plastic off the ball joint connectors on the doors. hopefully that can save some time:)
Nice video John yes you should reorder another issue this really isn't on .i mean the wheels look fantastic and all the workings its just gets to me when parts don't fit our models like they should do. Hope you get it sorted mate 👍
My gear doors seem ok, so I'm 'luckier' than you? I did notice that the splined hole in the 'new' propellor is actually slightly smaller than the first propellor. Hopefully, they'll send a new backing plate with splined hole for the first prop.
You can ask them what the problem is with the undercarriage doors and see what they recommend. I have adjusted my sprung hinges but its possible its also a power issue for me, anyway. Tel them you have nothing to lose!😀
