Best professor I've ever had and I am so excited to learn even more from you!!!! This is so awesome and I couldn't be happier for you!!!! Also!!! I never thought about where the creators of these diets and programs fall on that scale but WOW! That's eye opening!
How tall are you? I am a size 16 but I don't know that dropping to a size 4 will be healthy for me, although I would LOVE it (not the losing my breasts portion of it but all the other health benefits with my autoimmune diseases). I am a 46 year old woman just starting menopause and with a serious addictive personality and food is a great way for me to "medicate"... spending a ton of money is the other... I use to drink heavily but my body retaliates when I try to drink anymore... I am 5'8" and 180lbs and looking forward to rewiring things to become a healthier version of me
Hi, Dina. Susan is 5'3". We're all different when it comes to ideal weight. It varies based on age, gender, height, muscle tone, etc. There are so many factors!! We definitely don't want you, or anyone else, to shoot for an unrealistic goal. xoxo
Thanks for everything you've done to help me, Susan! Congrats on the video and the project. I've maintained a 40 pound weight loss, and am grateful to you!
Susan is brilliant and I've learned more from her than I could ever type in a RUclips comment. If this video resonates with you, please go sign up for her free report!
Very interested in learning more. Lost ~80lb on weight watchers but can't seem to to make progress on the last 50. Keep going on/off plan and when i'm off, weight starts to go up. Feel tortured by food; definitely high on the susceptibility scale.
Congratulations on the making of your new video series, I will put you on my Pinterest so other people may benefit from the things that you share. Yes we are all different Susan, one of my issues is I have a Hiatal Hernia so If I eat anything that is greasy or spicy my body now tells me "no." I can't binge eat but have gone to a eating therapist years ago because there was a time that I did. I am working day by day on my life plan that I can live with. Sugar is my addiction, so I have stopped in my tracks because of my knee problems it was time to get serious. God bless you and "pay it forward." Denise Street
