Love your style dude, you're constantly a source of inspiration for me. I started loving your stuff after seeing your Bass Station II videos since the way you use it in your songs is the way I was dreaming of using it
Because I played the sample at different pitches with the keyboard and if it’s not set to C (which is one semi tone up from B), it gets really confusing. If it’s not set to C the notes you play on your keyboard don’t correspond to what you’re hearing. Does that make sense? I’ve explained it in more detail in other videos.
@@LowHeatBeats Totaly hear that bro, slight noob here, think its when ya put samples into keyboard mode it changes the speed, so its a bit of a work around. Might help some people. Bless
I already have a pretty detailed Maschine MK3 sampling tutorial: ruclips.net/video/BPKAMQo0L9I/видео.html But let me know if you want me to show something that isn’t included in that tutorial in a future video.
@@LowHeatBeats Hmm...I looked through the manual and couldn't find anything about different trigger settings such as one shot (sample only plays once), loop (continues to play until pressed again), gate(only plays while pad is pressed), etc. Do you know what section of the manual I can find these settings?
Who know how to unselect (selected note) if I selected it with Jog in the Komplete S61 Keyboard? I am tired of doing this with a mouse, it seems there is no opportunity, it just makes navigation by notes via Jog. Because of this, I cannot make quantizing all notes - it quantize current selected note (((
lol yeah, I am indeed crazy but not for this reason 😂 Until recently all black notes in Ableton's MIDI editor (and some other platforms too) were shown as sharps. So it may be easier for beginners who are struggling with music theory to grasp it this way and this tutorial was aimed at them. I agree that Eb would be more appropriate otherwise. Glad you liked the video!

Just picked up a launchkey mk3 61 today I’m so hype
Congrats! It's a pretty good keyboard right?
@@LowHeatBeats yes so far I really like it a lot, it’s got some powerful ableton integration and features for sure
Big fan of your music. Awesome!

Fantastic.
Appreciate it!
subscribed! - sounds great - what bass are you using?
Honestly, I don't remember, I mostly use Repro, Behringer Pro-1, Monark, Bass Station 2, etc. Thanks for the sub!
Great tutorial mate 🙂
Thank you! Cheers!
Sampling Vinyl. Horns, organs, bass etc from 50s-80s reggae / jazz / blues music
That's what's up!
Hi Why did you transpose bminor sample by a semi tone yet your key of d# is 4 semi tones up?

This is so dope, can we get a maschine version of this. Respect bro 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks! Most of the tips are general and can be used on any platform but I can make something similar for Maschine for sure.

@@mrwahh44 You're totally right, not sure if there's a way to play them up and down and retain the speed in Machine. Will investigate that.
@@LowHeatBeats dope 👍🏼👏🏼
@@MITTEL.PUNKT_13 Thank you!
Am on place when i learning how sample. I need to find out my way. What would you recommend for me or how did you start sampling?
Just do it everyday man. I used to sample breaks for dnb tracks back in the day.
What about using sampling onMaschine MK3 ? I need sample /MK3 tutorial please bro

I sample or remake music i grew up on. From 90s hip-hop to 70s funk. Especially since clearing samples is not necessary for underground artists
Word! You can def get away with it most of the time if you're not really big and famous.
Can each sample/pad have its own settings such as envelope (for fade in/out), trigger, one shot, loop modes, etc? Like the sp404? Thx
What device are you referring to?
@@LowHeatBeats Maschine MK3
@@GrootsieTheDog Oh, absolutely, each pad can be its own sampler that can do all of these and a lot more.
@@LowHeatBeats cool! Thx

I have been creating my own melodies and chop up my own melodies.
Way to go! I do this as well.

You are crazy if you think in terms of D# minor lmao. Good vid though 🔥
