    Great routine, tysm. Your videos are wonderful! I'm new here, but may I request a tutorial for spinning/circle jumps? I'm actually not sure, if this is the right word for it. I'm trying to learn a choreo for occasional reasons, but right now I'm still turning on the ground. I'm affraid of jumps by rotating in a half split. Forward split jumps are no problem for me. But actually I really want to learn the spinning part. Would be very grateful for tipps or recommendations. I don't find any tutorials for this.

    I have a question, I started stretching when I was around 10 but I stopped when I was around 12-13 bc my mental health was very bad bc of a traumatic event in my life and it caused me to not have any motivation to do anything for a while. I’m now 15 and I decided to try and gain all the flexibility I had lost back so I’m wondering, can I be as flexible as I was before? I lost all my back flexibility but I still have some flexibility in my legs and hips, but not as much as when I was 10. And since I’ve already hit puberty ik flexibility is hard to gain so is there any way I can improve it as a teenager? ❤

      Yes You can but it will be important to stretch more then u did when u where younger and do the stretches more often to get your stretch back feel you because I used to be flexible but I quit due to the pressure of being better so I'll recommend doing more then what you did when u here younger
