the apple was by far the most radiant for me. it was like a bright aqua. my hands seemed to just be white, maybe slightly grayish. not sure if this is my true aurora or if i just need more practice, but this was so cool

I love this I got so calm and relaxed. its actually kinda funny. I wanted to clean my room and organized everything on my bed and than I looked up for aura muzic and found this meditation. without thinking so much I just sat and did it and it was fun.
The first one with the blue and red encircled v's were the easiest for me. As soon as they popped on screen I could see the color radiating off of them. The others, though- not so much. I think the dog was blue, the cat could been yellow, and I don't know about the apple- a green, maybe? I only know this, because for all of them, they left an imprint in my sight, and when the screen got darker, I saw the color in the imprints for the dog, the cat, and (a little bit) of the apple show up.
To see the aura is way better a white wall and if you wear anything with color the first color you will see is the opposite color( if you wear something red the opposite is green) and you will have to make an extra effort to pass that color and see the real color.
Blue for dog, Yellow for kitten Bright white light for apple And faint white for my hand. Eyes got sore and tired before I got to my hand. Amazing thank you!
I had difficulty holding my hands and eyes still so I mostly just got the pale halo effect. But I did see some silver for the dog, green and blue for the kitten and blue for my hands. Got very little for the Apple
The strongest for me was the objects. The red circle in particular. I saw a bluish color and I saw nothing come off the blue circle. The apple was radiant with a greenish color. I saw a glow around the cat, maybe silver and I got nothing from the dog nor my hand.
@@jdee4956 Hey thx, forgot about this comment but now 3 months later; Started eating healthier, looking at nature more grateful and happy, not trashing anymore, started to be as kind as possible, surrounded myself with good people only and I can say that I can now see aura’s. Just got a crystal, takes a few seconds to see someones aura and then another few seconds to see a color but I can!!!

This was the funniest exercise I've done!!!! I was guessing things before you said it! SOOOOOO FREAKING amazing!! I saw 💙 for the dog, 💛 for the cat, and green for the 🍏🤸🏾😜. The right V I saw blueish 💚 then the left V I did see ♥️🙏🍏🤪
For me: dog - dark blue cat - haven't seen anything. Not even the white outline apple - green And my aura changes all the time 😂 for a few months its was orange, then it was blue, yesterday it as green and today it was yellow. Idk what is wrong with it
I've tried this several times and only can see the aura of nature trees, leaves etc. Everytime I look at my hand I see a clear faint light but no colors except lime green on occasion. If I stare too long my hand gets warm for some reason. Either I'm souless I doing it wrong.
I don’t think it’s that your doing it wrong, everyone is different. I think you just seem to be more connected to nature then your own self. I don’t think your soulless just that your more connected to nature then your self!

For dog I saw white and I think some blues in there with cyan. And the cat I couldnt really see any colours apart from white and same with the apple but I saw a bit of green not much. And my aura colour was white but I saw greens and blues too and I think yellows too. When I tried doing this for the first time to see my aura it was white to light blue so am glad am starting to see more colours. Edit: I have been meditating and practicing seeing auras on other people (my family). And I was able to see their aura colours, one example would be my mother she had this turquoise blue and green aura and it was on different parts of her body. It was so amazing to see the vibrant colours on her and same with my other family members whos aura I tried to see. I first started seeing auras when I got a tarot card reading from my aunt. She was explaining to me what one of the cards meant and I was looking at her kind of out of focus and then I suddenly saw this lime green shadow coming off her everytime she moved. I believe I have a gift and I must have somehow awakened it that day.
Ok so ive never meditated before so this video was my first experience with this and when i was staring at my hand this intense deep blue almost purple light was emanating from my hand and my vision was going blurry and zooming in and out like a camera trying to focus next thing i knew i could feel the air buzzing around me.... So any professionals on this whanna explain what just happened cuz it kinda freakd me out
I got blue/violet for the dog, greenish blue for the kitten, and sky/light blue for the apple. I'm having trouble with seeing my own, caught a glmis of it for a second and it was yellow, but I need more practice I think.
Nevermind i could kinda of see a blueish white but the first time with my palm was a shorts white i look so little but the i tried focusing and saw more white brighter and then blue then I couldn't do it anymore but ill come back Tomorrow and try again

Hi guys Can anyone help, 2 years later. I'm still practicing Auras. Not been feeling the best wondered if my aura would me an idea of how I can heal. I start by picking up yellow/ golden all around then it goes to pale green light blue light grey bright pink then purple,I'm a bit worried my aura doesn't go around My head but straight up above my head as if it was.bursting out its like a yellowish colour, but at the very too its bright pink, any ideas/ thoughts/ comments gratefully received.. I’ve heard mediums say that they can see when other people are also mediums or have psychic abilities when they have what appears to be a funnel of light coming from their head. Did it look kinda like that?
How you doing now? Maybe the reason you can’t see yours is because you may have something going on that’s preventing you from seeing your own aura. Could be a blockage, a bad memory ext.
Kitten was white dog slight aqua and white apple aqua and white but when I looked at mine I didn't see it so dose that mean I got more work to do I mean I seen slight white but idk if it was just cause I was focused really hard 😅
my aura is between purple and blue. I think you call it indigo? its a light blue purple color most times its light blue but some times it becomes a little purple
Pera, did you have some success in the first part of the exercise (the blue and red circle)? If yes, in the further two exercises you are asked to apply the same technique to observe the auras. Focus your eyes on the middle of the dog's body, relax and softly gaze until you see a discolored (or whitish) aura around the dog's body. Keep observing until the aura becomes colorful. Hope this helps. Good luck! :)
From the comments below, each person saw different colours for each of the example. I saw aqua for the dog , white for the cat and aqua for the apple. So how is it possible that different people see different colours for the same dog or cat or apple? Could you please explain?
We see different colors because some of us vibrate at higher levels or lower therefore it won't be the same for everyone. Check out Christian Lundgren, he has a few talks about the different levels of vibrations. He did a good one on Buddha at the Gas Pump w/Rick Archer - also a great channel on RUclips! Hope this helps 🙏✨
Mystryyy gurlll, it is because your pineal gland is not fully decalcified. Seeing the white glow around your hand is a good sign though, it just needs a bit more practice and strengthened awareness. Instead of putting my palm i made a fist and focused on my knuckle since the middle one is bigger then the others and I saw a yellow/gold aura!
The aura around my fingers was pale yellow.
I got pale blue for the apple, yellowish for the cat, lilac for the dog and darker purple for my hand. First time I've been able to see auras 😊 thank you

At the start since I've done this before i did the soft gazing at my cat Jupiter, she's often around and I saw an Aura of greenish-Yellow

Most people saw blue because it’s the only colour present when your phone screen shows white
That is true. Blue light emanates from lap tops and mobile phones. Perhaps more practice offscreen?
