- perceiving thoughts of our environment (subtle energy recognition)
- receiving Divine guidance (telepathic thought download)

I should mention that thanks for your service...and videos....it answers all the questions we have or get. Just a clarification, I could pick the number the second you were to about to say pick a number from, without much thinking....I was considering myself as clairaudience by having ringing ears. But something told me to give claircognizance a try and here I’m . And I could connect myself with this session. So what I understand is that ringing ears not necessarily have to be clairaudience but may the rise of frequency in your body...??

I rarely get headaches, but have been getting quite a few quite intense ones of late. I’ve only just realised that they always start up halfway through this particular video. Is this a common reaction? Having said that, I always feel amazingly peaceful at the conclusion of the video.
