Reminded me never to forget us . And he is always with me. I asked him to hold my hand . I felt that . I felt him hug me.

I literally fell asleep and heard somebody singing cutley. Then I opened my eyes and saw a big beautiful yellow butterfly looking at me, and it was so cute and fluffy. It flew into my bedroom at the exact same place where I was lying down. I thought it was all real but turned out to be a dream. I felt soo good after waking up. Definitely gonna listen to this again❤

Okay, I have been meditating pretty heavily over the last two weeks. I have nothing else to do but I have been yearning to connect with my higher self, spirit guides. I did this meditation and fell into a trance (almost sleep-like). When I was coming out of this meditation, I had a vision of a tarot card being thrown into my focus. I focused on this card, and it had three pyramids in a desert-like setting, the sky was blue and there was a big white bird flying over top of the pyramids along with purple flowers. The purple flowers were almost forming a figure eight around the bird above the pyramids and then i opened my eyes!!!!

My first guided sleep meditation did wonders. The whole vibrations & colors. It’s been a few months & Ive tried again & nothing. . What is it that changed?

I had four questions but slept off after the intention part. I had dreams that answered 3 of them. For the first one they were not only very clear they also teased and mocked me for even asking because this is something that has been reveled to me over and over for years now and has been planted in my subconscious so they (Including my higher self) were all telepathically laughing at me. Thank you so much for putting these out, your guided meditations are all effective.

Wow! I met my Ancestors that take care of me and I was in tears 😢I saw my uncle my grandma and my grandpa they all said how proud they are of me. I met my great great great Grandfather and Grandmother both native indigenous peoples they gave me so much love and healing they told me there here with me protecting me. My great aunt Lulu came through as well. I never met her but she was so happy to meet me ❤what an incredible experience to have. I knew the time was going to be short while I was talking to them I jumped up out of the meditation when I heard the voice of the woman guiding the meditation return. I then knew I really did meet my ancestors and passed on family members. Thank you!!

I been using this meditation everyday helps with my anxiety and keeps me focused especially when im stressed i like to just sit in silent and go within it really helps me
I used this meditation this morning and it immediately took me over. I heard for me to get rid of my rules and they were working on my heart. I felt my heart get heavy as if it was being operated on even after the medication my heart felt heavy it was a great experience. I meditate often but usually before bed because the house is busy during the day. Will definitely use again. Thanks Rasa 💕🥰

The number 11 turned into a pyramid, surrounded by swirling pale blue light! Then in the centre of pyramid a bright small circle of yellow light manifested. Then I saw the shadow of a birds head in the centre, with it's wings in light grey colour spreading out magnificently towards the sides. I could make out the shapes of the feathers! Only lasted a few seconds, but was amazing while it stayed. 💙💜

Thanks for this… my favorite number ever is 11. It was my high school football number. My daughter, Charlotte, was born on 11/17… I’ve been researching that number combination and it’s spiritual significance. When that part of the meditation was revealed, I nearly started crying. This medication will have forever changed my life! Thank you so very much… ❤❤❤
You are so welcome! Thank you for sharing! So many synchronicities! I, too, have these numbers throughout my life and decided to include them in my meditations, I created this combo because I feel it is significant. For one number 11 is powerful in itself, 17 follows me all my life, in good and bad, and it takes 17 seconds for reality to shift (from intention energy), also 17:11 and 11:17 are my favourite times of the day, especially in the evening 17:11 🥰 especially in Bali, the colour, the atmosphere - it's perfect. So given that I see these combos of numbers and how powerful these numbers are alone, it was just a matter of time until others will notice too, what I have experienced ❤️❤️❤️🥰🙏🏼.

Hellow pura this is the first time i used you meditation technique although i didnt see anyting but i fell the vivration in my crown chackra and the third eye chakra. I hope to continue but im scared of opening my third eye. I hope you have a meditation tecque to overcome fear. First time today. I fell into a very deep sleep almost immediately, my eyes were so heavy but I felt rapid eye movement in my sleep. Wondering if it's still effective if I slept. I will keep doing this and try to stay awake.

When you wanted me to open my chakras, after second bell I heard a loud thump in my room I felt stress and anxiety building up in my body. I found hard to open my eyes but I knew I had to open them... I'll try next time I guess

In the beginning of the meditation I was starting to feel very agitated and wanted to stop. I forced myself to keep going. As I entered visual of numbers they started to glow like a selestrial light around them. As I was visualizing the door to the 3rd eye I could see the electrical mass on the other side just out of reach of me touching it. I did not sleep through the meditation.
I slept while listening to this , my subconscious mind did hear to all of this , I feel sooo connected I feel like I'm floating in my own body and looking this world by the eyes of my soul

Before I started this meditation my R ear was ringing So i was expecting a msg from the ancestors. 33 mins in a was rapidly brought back to, and don't know why.☹️
Oh thank you, my grand mother didnt say much she gave a 💍 and hard hat. My mom was bumpy, i couldn't make sense out of her movement. She loved tea. i heard her asking for it.😂❤ I made her a tea ritual in 2022.
Towards the end when you said use the same thing to close to portal - flower, candle, or window - I realised I had forgotten cause I might have drifted off to sleep. What happens in this case?
