What kind of water sports/activities are there which are complimentary at this resort and what will be the approx speed boat transfer charges from the airport. Can we book it at the airport on the spot or its better to book it in the package itself. And does visa on arrival at Maldives is chargeable?
All the water sports were chargeable. Our resort package came with the boat transfers so that cost was included in it. No better to inform and book it before. Visa on arrival was free.

I will land on 20 Feb at 12.45 pm and I shall be staying in UI Inn male city and on 21 Feb I will be travelling to centara for 4 days visit. My query is that whether my india covid report will be valid for visit to centara since I will be doing an inter island transit?

It doesn't include any water sport activities. Carry the money according to the activities you want to do. We didn't visit any other island
