The China Traveller thank you! I’ve got my mic and guitar plugged into the RC 505 and the output of the loop station is sent to my interface where I record it on Logic Pro X
@@fadikamal6737 can you you play guitar and sing at the same time and add different/independent effects to each at the same time while you are looping? or does the same effect go to both the mic and guitar together? The Boss RC-505 MKII Desktop Loop Station is coming out in the next month or 2 as well. Should be out by late October 2021 I think.
@@jsmith1899 usually with the RC505, there’s effects on the output and input separately but as far as I know there’s no option to have two inputs on separate effects. I think to achieve that you may need an additional mixer

I have a question.
Did you set your tempo before recording guitar at the start ?
I have a problem with quantization in rc505.
When i do drums then guitar its fine but when i start with guitar it always loops it weird and im 100% sure i play on tempo.
The content never stops 👍🏼 keep up the consistency

Im new to rc505 and I’m trying to get my guitar right on time with count #1. I wonder how to do it without pedal.
No extra pedal just the rc505 and honestly just took a bit of practice to get the timing right

Much love & respect brother ! Very nice ! Anyway you could help with baso set up of what you do ? I think we have some of the same music gear, but I’m struggling getting a loop through recording from live mics. Any help would be super appreciated !
Thank you! I have a simple set up, it's just the RC505 , Audio Technica Condenser Mic and my guitar is plugged into the looper directly. When I do live shows I use a cheap dynamic mic so the equipment doesn't have to be top tier to sound good. Keep practicing and start simple then try more complicated things as you go a long and most importantly practice your timing with a metronome. Good luck!

Only 374 subscribers? Hopefully this will go viral soon for you bro because you deserve it. Lot's of looping artists out there now but not all can put together a decent track with guitar on a desktop. Milky Chance type vibe but better in my opinion.
