Tekla Structures 2023 - New Options for Holes and Slots

In Tekla Structures 2023, we have some new features available in the bolt properties. You can now offset bolts in slotted holes, where in the past the slot was always centered in the bolt group. Each piece of material can have its own special hole settings, and you can also now specify tapped holes to go along with the blind hole option released in TS 2021.

At this time, it is not supported in component dialogs, only in the direct bolt properties shown here.

How do you show a different shape of the bolt head?

You would need to select a different bolt type. In the US environment, we have both TC bolts (shown in video) as well as standard hex head already in the catalog.
