One of my favorite deviled egg recipes is jalapeño popper deviled eggs and you crumble up bacon and put cream cheese instead of mayo and diced up jalapeños, fresh of course, then as a garnish a thinly sliced piece of jalapeño on top, but I definitely want to try this, it looks delicious.
Nicely done MR Roel. Granny may have some egg farts the next day. Believe trying these eggs you made may out do granny with some smoked smelly egg farts. Gotta try these and give granny the gas.

I’ve been cold smoking deviled eggs for years. You need to use Durkees’s for the yolks
I have been doing this for a few years except I smoke the yolks rather than the whites.

Instead of the peppers mix in a bunch of prepared horseradish. Tastes great
Why not cook the raw eggs in the smoker? Smoked eggs will add some color to the whites too.

No smoked eggs? No need to burn half a tree but cold smoke the boiled eggs with a cold smoke generator with oak amd/or beech dust.
I've been making smoked deviled eggs for years. Once you've had them, regular deviled eggs are no good.
