I went to the Andaman and Nicobar islands in 1995. Holy cow it's changed so much. Very Instagrammable now. I don't remember the island we stayed on, but there were elephants pulling trees out of the bush. We also stayed at a beach called Beach #7 🤣🤣 We saw one tourist while we were there. We grilled fish on the beach and bought our prepared food from a very kind local family. We stayed in a tent...and it was breathtakingly beautiful. I remember Port Blair as being almost taken over by tree roots in a lot of places. So different. Love your channel and happy travels.
You must have had a great experience back then. I visited Andamans for the first time in the year 2000 and during my second visit I noticed a lot has changed. The place has become much more commercialized but thankfully hasn't lost it's beauty. Thank you so much for supporting our channel ❤️😊

Nautica is also there and try to book all these things prior directly from website or u can book government too if u are availiling LTC (government employee).
First day port blair take scooty directly outside the airport and then returned it back u will get scooty for 24hrs .

Hello Rajesh, you can check out Baratang Island if you have a few extra days or spend a couple of days more in Havelock to chill.
I recently visited Andman in April. The planning for visiting the places were exactly the same the way you did . I felt like i was telling the story to someone❤️❤️ memories got freshen 😃

Baratang is approx 3 hours from port Blair.
It needs time to reach. Our hotel manager booked a car for us who took us there.
Yes almost the whole day is required

I am planning to visit in November,
1. Since I have a few days, can I totally skip staying in Port Blair and hop on to a ferry directly after the flight and go to Havelock?
2. What are the earliest ferries available if I reach PB at around 8 am?

You can buy the Power glasses that you can use for swimming or scuba diving or any under water activities before you travel. One can find them for a variety of eye powers at Decathlon.
And the price of such glasses are not high and are very nominal.Around INR 700. I used it when I went snorkeling and scuba diving in Maldives. Very useful. Give it a try!
Not sure how much they would charge for renting such Power glasses in the islands of Andaman , but in Maldives they were quite high. And also they will not be available mostly. So we could buy one in Indian mainland at the same or even lesser price than renting one out in the islands.

Iam planning to Andaman from August 9th to 15th is it ok or not?
You'll experience light to heavy rains during that time and most of the watersports activities will be closed due to that. If you're not planning for watersports then you can visit the islands in monsoon. Thanks for watching 🙂

1. Is there any beach is ideal for sea bath in andaman?
2. How many times it will take in scuba diving? Because I have a 3 years old boy. And me and my husband can't do it together...we have to choose one after another. Frankly I don't have any idea about it. That's why I'm asking. 😊
Thanks for watching 🙂 All beaches in Andaman are suitable for sea bath just avoid the rocky areas. The entire scuba diving experience takes about 2 hours, including the travelling and training sessions.

I am planning a trip with family n two kids in November for 5 days day 1 we reach by afternoon n spend a day in port blair day 2 n 3 in Havelock day return back to port Blair stay tr n day 5 check out so can we include neil in day 4 it wont be tireing or can we skip Niel? What u suggest as we already booked our flights accordingly n cant extend a day
If your return flight is at night then you can try to visit Neil on day 4 and stay there for the night. Do check the ferry timings on their websites though.

1.Is it advisable to visit Andaman during 1st Week of October?
2.5N 6 D Tour to Andaman is sufficient.
3.Rs50000/-(including flight charges (To&Fro) from Bhubaneswar per person is reasonable.or it will cost less if I book everything seperately.
4.Any places one can skip in the tour for the sake of repetition.

1. 1st week of October is a very good time to visit Andamans but do expect a rush of tourists from West Bengal due to Durga Puja holidays
2. 5N6D is enough if you can skip one day in Port Blair. We had spent one day extra in PB due to COVID restrictions.
3. 50k per person should be enough but do expect higher hotel tariffs and flight prices during October
4. We would recommend not to skip any locations as every place has its own beauty
