A note on Internet Connectivity
Most of the resorts have wifi but the wifi is too slow and normally doesn't even reach the rooms. Airtel, and Jio sims work there and recently Airtel has started 4G here, so would recommend Airtel sim for Havelock if you want to stay connected to Internet.

3. Total time that is needed to cover everything
4. How we should plan our vacation (what to visit in what order and how much time will each place take)
5. Any more recommendations on hotels/hostels/resorts? Are Airbnbs a thing there?
6. Should we take travel packages our would we be good on our own?

Yes Sir. I experienced like you. Our family trip to Andaman on June this year. Very beautiful and crystal clear colour ful Seawater. But we couldn't see the sun set and sunrise. because of the weather. Better next time.
