      Thanks, If you have a look at a video by Ali Dymoc all about planning permission it explains in very good detail why I didn't need planning permission for a outbuilding like this one. I hope this helps :)

      2.7m high within 2m of boundary needs planning permission..just looking at the proximity of you back fence
