Unfortunately, as it is, l know you would like to reach out to your parents Mr Engineer, to build bridges, and to make amend for what they all put Mrs' butterfly and her family through. Dont force them little by little and hopefully, they will come to appreciate the woman of your choosing, Mrs butterfly, who is multi talented, non-traditional, but modern in her approach, with good moral and character

(Maybe just have your sisters and his mother as witnesses) Then you are both protected and the nonsense will be stopped because the engineers family would know that the engineer and the butterfly do want to be married. His father and the rest of his family are still against it but they will lose their ability to change minds once you are legally married.
