I think Zricks add 20-30% extra cost on all project they share on youtube channel. Who will buy 3 bhk apartment in such high price and even basic facilities are not around this project.
I went to this project - Shobha Villa which ranges from 3.5 - 6cr but you need a 4x4 car 🚗 as the road outside has huge craters. Beside there were 💯 buffalo 🐃, cows 🐄 & goats 🐐 welcoming us. ( same is true for entire Dwarka Expressway region) I think worldclass private infrastructure doesn’t matter if the public infrastructure is pathetic. Don’t know why people invest so much hard earned money in place which doesn’t have basic facilities.
I quite like the simplicity and the quality of finish !! Leaves a lot of room to change the house to the way you want !! Its open, airy and above all simple yet sophisticated..love it
