There are also different Cajun accents according to the towns ,,, Jeanerette is so heavily french and their accent is different from a Fushion or Morgan City or Golden Meadow accent,,,, All cajun but a little different .

Maine actually has the highest concentration of French-speaking Americans in the US. The Cajuns share their cultural ancestry with the French-Canadian Acadian people, who many of still live in Maine. Just an interesting fact that makes this skit kind of more realistic than people think.
