    A great reminder...to be myself

This journey to self awareness, healing and reparenting is so exhausting and amazing at the same time. The thing that gets me down is when people that 'care' about you, aren't even interested in what your doing. They demoralize you for trying to better yourself, and the path that I'm on doesn't align with their path so automatically it's wrong.
But sometimes it feels as if you are exactly talking to me, and that's support plenty. Thank you.

I relate to this so much in many ways but as well as all that’s been said, I think, for me, it’s the fear of coming across as boring if I didn’t force this high energy. Feeling like I have to constantly keep up this “I’m interesting” act is very depleting. Always having to make sure something new happened before the next time meeting someone again. Afraid I’m effecting others or being too much for someone else when my own energy is unstable too. Thank you both for these insightful reminders ♥️ they truly help.

Thank you, great message. I like the facing the camera set up more vs each other. Feels like you are connecting energetically with the audience 🙌😄❤️🙏 I appreciate you all

I love this message about just be and allow the silence. The thing I appreciated most about my father was that he didn't feel the need to fill the silence, him, my brother and I could just BE together. I don't often have much to say and I'm ok with that now

I feel myself not being present around the people I wish to spend quality time with. It’s because don’t know what I need in that moment. And I distract myself from this by “doing” for others, whether or not they asked for it, whether I am entertaining, or being there to listen to someone else’s problems. I realize I don’t know how to meet my own needs, and in a way I wished people did this for me... I tell myself subconsciously that if I am not “providing” something to others, I won’t receive anything back. It’s because I don’t know how to be there for myself. I work at home and don’t talk to many people, so I find myself seeking comfort from others, wanting to be chosen by them and given their attention. I’m working on being more present with myself, and hoping that energy will attract what I feel like I’m missing.

Wouh! Yes! What could this dynamic be with your best female friends in a one to one setting? Why do we talk so much, although we want to experience more quietness and peace with each other? And what if we want to create a project together but not get to do it, because one or the other is avoidant to get started on the work or practice?

Love the way you both co-created this great talk. Would have appreciated introductions-who is the brilliant woman on the left? (Jenna?) I know Dr. Nicole LePera and her wonderful work. Thank you both. Well done.

Great Topic. You always on point ☝️ I felt this way a lone time again, but I feel it greater since the pandemic. I'm introvert I have to cut convo short or visiting others I can't wait to leave and work meetings, plus I have ADHD also😣🙂. Also I'm a empathy.

I get really confused with this energy thing so thank you for the future explanation I can be a intervert and extrovert at times.
