I'm glad you enjoyed the video, Freddie but I'm worried for you if you like my attempts at humor. 🤣 I really appreciate you checking out my playthrough! Thanks!
I’ve weighed buying this for the longest time. I’m big into whiskey and find this concept to be so fascinating. Always was apprehensive considering I knew I’d be playing this mostly solo. This was super helpful. Thanks.
I’ve been in the hobby for 10 years now and your videos are my go to when I’m learning a new game. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into these videos
Thanks for this! I haven't played my copy yet but snagged it from my local game store a few weeks back. Definitely a cool theme in my opinion and the mechanics fit right in.
It feels very thematic. Lots of clever ways that the mechanics bring forth the theme. Lots of love and care went into it. And the game is very approachable. Great production. Thanks so much for watching!
Great tutorial and explanation of everything! I had a little confusion on how to distill spirits when removing cards from washback. but this made it easy to understand, cant wait to table this now! thank you!
You're welcome. I'm happy my video helped. I hope you enjoy the game when you get it tabled. Please let us know your first impressions. Thanks so much for watching, scuzzy!
Your channel is now my favorite when I want to discover a new game and teach how to play solo. Keep this amazing video coming. You made me buy this game, Woodcraft, Revive and others
There’s one huge, glaring problem with your channel… it doesn’t cover all the games. You sir, need to clone yourself so you can produce more of these awesome videos. I recently discovered your channel and have been consuming it addictively. I need to cancel my Netflix subscription. Just not using it anymore. And the added savings could help replace all the money I’m spending on new games you are showcasing. Keep up the great work!
You would have gotten one more point if you had actually used the metal barrel you purchased at round seven. Otherwise this was a superb solo playthrough and you have a new subscriber! I'm getting my own copy of Distilled next week. Greatly looking forward to playing it solo ^^
Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I really like this game. I can't tell how it has been received by the community at large. I don't hear it talked about very often, but I think it is one of the better games I've played recently. The solo mode is great fun. The production and theme are spot on. I really want to get this one back to the table!
This is a really fun game. Great theme and a bit of push your luck. And a fantastic production. Hope you enjoy your play once you table it! Thanks for watching!
Great video thanks! Question: if you flip over a goal card and it reveals a goal you actually met earlier in the game, do you get to claim that goal right then?
Thanks! Hope you enjoy it. It is fairly simple, but I really enjoy this gameplay loop for some reason. And I love the theme. Great production. I don't know, this one just appeals to me and I'm not entirely sure why. Thanks for watching!
Very nice video - excellent job of explaining while playing. Just subscribed. In the first round sale of moonshine, you didn’t bottle it (for an extra $1).
This was great! I just punched the game - it looks like the perfect weight. I really enjoy Rebuilding Seattle and this reminds me a bit (not thematically - but more in the pacing and the choices with how you put elements together).
@@TotallyTabled I played my first game last night. Did not make it up the goals tower but had a very good time playing! Your video was super helpful - I appreciate all the effort in making these videos!
I bet you'll get it next time. I'm glad my video was helpful and I'm happy you had a good time playing. My ultimate goal is to help facilitate fun, so I feel great that the channel played a small part. Thanks, Joellen!
Hello. In the round three, you really can change ingredients (yeast) and take 1 coin? Or in this specific case you just take de yeast card? I believe it's the same principle as when you caught the yeast in the fifth round with the manager's special ability.
Thank you for the video! It was localised into Ukrainian and I thought it will be an easy game. But now I see it is pricy and have a lot of components. Can't say I am interested in game mechanics. The interesting part of this game is some understanding of spirits, ingredients and instruments and thematic. I would definitely want to try this but if somebody else has it. Nice one with extra stuff between rounds))
Thanks for checking out the video! It is definitely a large production and beautifully made with create inserts for everything, which increases the cost for sure.
Hey, really liked the solo game and the explaination with it. I have just one question, can you go up the quest barrels on the left as many times as you want as long as you have completed the requirements? Or you can go only go up just once a round? For example: round 6, I have just sold a whiskey/whisky for 12 coins and 18 LP. I am in the first "C" barrels, one says earn 8 or more LP in a round. I go up. Next one says; sell a liquor for 8 or more coins. I go up. Now I'm in "B". Next says; sell a whisky for more than 16 LP. I go up. One new "C" from the one before last row says; sell a liquor with more than one flavour. I go up. Last "A" says; collect 5 labels from your distillers region, which I have just achieved with this whisky. I collect that barrel. So my question is, can you go from bottom to top in one single round like in the example that I have just presented? Sorry for the long text and thank you to whoever reads it and answers.
Hi Shaggy; how do you interpret the solo goals that are flipped or even the ones that become « connected to the path »? Let’s say I claim the « distill your signature recipe » goal. And then I reveal a « Age one spirit » goal … can I right away claim it as the same spirit I just distilled also meets this new goal I just revealed? Or is it a « one spirit, one goal at a time » approach? The rulebook is not clear in that regard. Thanks!
@thegroove7 It is retroactive, the rule states when you complete a goal: To complete a goal, you must achieve the target shown on it. When you complete a goal, place a coin on it from the general supply to mark your success, take any bonus money or SP provided by that goal, and then flip the two goals above it face-up if they were not face-up already.
You're rapidly becoming my favorite solo game youtuber. Check that, you're already there :)
That is incredibly kind. Thank you for the comment. The support is very much appreciated and really made my day!
I agree.
I second that thought. You rock!
Best Playthrough for this Game! Clear and fun.
Enjoyed the playthrough, especially the whiskey shots between rounds 🤣

In round 7 (at 39:30), you paid for a stainless steel barrel but didn’t take it. You actually had one more point! Thanks for a great run-through. :)
Always happy to hear I get an extra point! Must have been all that whiskey. 😃 Thanks for checking out the playthrough, Shawn!
I just bought this game and luckily for me, you covered it! Your videos are a big help for learning new games.

Solo Challenge: at the end of each round drink a shot of whatever you have distilled 😂

I liked the metal coins. Did it come included in the game? My version came with cardboard coins ☹
Must have been Kickstarter edition or something as I recently purchased Distilled and also have cardboard coins
Indeed it was the KS edition that came with metal coins. Those are hard to come by nowadays.
In round two you had the potential to complete two goal cards in two separate rows. This is legal then?
Apple juice is a hard stuff, right? Right? :)
Yeah, yeah, just apple juice. :) Thanks for watching!
