Good luck on 100k.
I tell folks to tune in .
My grandson is 13 & he loves twistin wrenches , fixing things.
He watches you now ...
His mom (my daughter) doesnt let him watch most of these kind of channels because of foul language, so I appreciate you keeping it kid friendly..
When it comes to outdoor salvage rebuilding, the Beard is a Boss.
This channel is real. Real mechanic really teaching. Very knowledgeable. Thank you sir.
Thanks Frank
The Ranger is starting to look good, looking forward to the next videos on it.
“Hook the puller to this tree and the truck to that tree and you could practically pull it in half if you wanted to.” Am I the only one that feels like we need to test that theory? Love you videos brother. You are a DIY inspiration to many like myself.
You do great work, Mike. I wish more people would fix their older cars instead of throwing them away.
This actually is a great video. It's so nice I think I'll watch it twice 🙂
That’s awesome. Thanks Rolan.
That body work is totally off the hook. And you go into details on everything. Your just a great body man. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge in such a palatable manner. You have a calm way about you that gives a person the confidence to attempt repairs he or she never considered. Not only are you an excellent craftsman, you are also an excellent teacher.
Goodness! you made the whole process look so easy! This was fantastic!!!
I thought your wrenching videos were awesome, but your body work videos are the BEST!! All the tips and tricks from your long-time experience in the shop, executed easy-peasy in the yard with some hand tools and a repurposed puller. I tell you whut, I've seen lots of videos on mechanical wrenching, but I rarely come across next level shade-tree body work! It might not be your favorite, but it definitely fills a need and makes the rest of us think we might be able to do this too! Thanks!!
Thanks Carla
You make it look so easy. Mark of a true professional
Like this build. Consider painting it.
Man buddy is there anything on a vehicle you can't fix. You seem to be Jack of all trades when it comes to vehicle repairs. I've been fixing stuff for many years but body work not my thing
Hey Eugene. My Instagram is down so I can’t see my messages right now. I got the acid brushes. Thanks man.
Love body work but I want too see a regular engine and transmission rebuild not a big engine just the normal ones for the vehicle. I like too rebuild a rusty 2 door FORD from the frame up brakes, lines the whole can of worms.
A true "Shade Tree Mechanic" at work. Nobody can "pull it" like Weird Beard can pull it! Always fun to watch you at work Mike your creativity at getting a task done with what you have is pretty awesome. 😍
Definitely an actual "Rebuild" 😁 Great video from the Bearded one.
Love to see Mike doing his out doors repairs, making use of everything around him,👍
👍😃
Dang son! Great video.
Thank you
Love the ingenuity of that frame puller
Hi Mike, that was interesting watching you work on that truck, I once replaced a power window regulator what a pain that was. I managed to do it in the end, you experience shows through and make it seem easy. Regards Mike 🇬🇧
Man i love watching your videos you always explain what you're doing how it's done and that means alot and you can tell that you're a real down to earth person and a humble person good to your kids just a good person dude just keep on keeping on love the Chanel
Absolutely incredible the skill and talent that you show when it comes to Automotive body work.
Weird Beard you are truly an artist and great at the Auto restoration trade.
update on the f150 you were flipping, repaint this truck but not perfect or pristine, just presnetable
Video coming soon
For valuable tools you don’t want to lose try a check list, challenge is bringing it with you. Another option is some sort of foam cutout. This way you’ll know at a glance what’s missing. Or be like me and have tools everywhere and no where when you need them!
Great video. I learned a lot. I held my breath when you put the rivets in the window. I just knew it was going to crack. Then the tree dent puller is brilliant. My grandfather born, raised and died in Oklahoma would have said "That's Okie ingenuity son" with his chest out and proud as could be.
ANOTHER great video, Mike. I would like nothing more than to watch your vid's every evening. Always a pleasure hangin' out with you.
Awesome to learn how to diy and avoid price gouging at the repair shops. Thanks tons WB!
You sure make being a perfectionist look easy! Thank you,
Another "Great Weird Beard" video production, great content. Thank you Mike, much appreciated, much enjoyed!
I always tied it to a tree at the angle I needed and backed up the vehicle and worked it straight.. did it like that all my life and always worked good .. great job as always .. love your videos
If I’ve learned anything from watching your videos, I’ve learned that “It’s no big deal”. 😂
Another dope video!!!
Great tip on the door and building back to front. I can tell you were a good body man for at least a good minute friend. I enjoy how you show techniques to make big jobs attainable to those who may not have tried them before.
Come on people let’s get weird beard to 100,000 😇🥳
Awesome video man!! Not only do you explain everything you're doing in detail but you also show everything!! Not many people do that these days!
WB does it while others talk about what they are going to do or have someone else do it. WB is the best, bar NONE......NH OLDFART
Nice job, WB, little truck is looking good. 👍 Take care.
Back to the Vehicular boneyard, my favorite playground.
WB! Love the windchimes in the background! Your videos are not only informative but also relaxing!
Hey Sandy over at Almost Rebuilds this is how you do it, instead of having your paid friends do it for you. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was a great video! I always learn something when you clearly explain the process it takes to do a repair! Like, I never realized that when you're doing body damage repair, to work from back to front and getting things to line up properly! You're a Godsend to those of us who try to DIY! You're Awesome!
Mike I loved how informative this video was, I love tutorials
Good educational video. Based on your work area, I'd say you qualify as a professional shade tree mechanic. lol
Shade tree bodywork at its finest,WB you are the man.
Thanks man
You always make it look easy! WB! Nice work!
Great video. I love watching you restore this , the Fury , whatever you are working on.
Keep up the good work young man. I thought I was the only back yard mechanic.
I like to buy that right front tire . In my area that's still got at least 1000 miles left on her 😁😆😅
Interesting project. I think it would be cool to take this Ranger to a nice 5 footer.
Awesome video as always mike made an hour fly by
I had a 1997 ranger. Loved that truck. It was that same color medium willow.
Good work Mike....trying to buy a 1982 squarebody chevy small bed step side from a guy I met....should get a price for the truck this week....some works been done to it but I'm hoping the guy gives me a fair price
Man always like how you take the time in each video to show us how you do things even little hiccups 😅 gotta watch those fenders Mike lol 🤣 Thank you for another great video. Till next time my Friend.
It's the perfect time to get rid of these older vehicles sitting around. I flip cars on the side, and the values of good condition older vehicles has nearly doubled, at least here in Phoenix.
Thanks for doing this. I have a '96 Ranger, and now I feel more educated!
Keep them coming!!!!
Good job, Mike!👍🍻
Great work buddy in joy watching
Great work dude!
Learned a few things today!
:-)
Nice to see someone still rebuilding n wrenchin
This is so cool I had a truck just like that for the longest time. It was a good truck!
They are great. This one has survived about a dozen kids lol. My kids, neighbor kids, nieces and nephews 😂
Another great video Mike cheers for your hard work and drive 👍🏻🏴
Man there is something about what your doing! Great job and pullin it out. Looking good man. Keep it up
Another awesome video from my favorite Beard buddy thanks 👍
Impressive. Smooth. Complete.
Fantastic and informative. Motivating as well.
I own a 2003 Ranger myself with only 90k miles on it. I love it too.
Great job on the ranger 👍👍
Thanks bro
Okie from Muskogee 👍🤠
I love the hillbilly autobody. Well done.
Glad for another video mike
It was nice watching the metal relax as you tap tap tap. You can get a lot done with patience and going slow
The beater is almost done great work
Thanks for the video it helped out a lot getting ready to change the hinge on my ranger!!
I really enjoyed this video! It was full of useful information! I couldn't take my eyes of this whole project!
Love this one 👍👍👍👍
Liked, Full view always, It looks alot better now
As usual great job!
I was so pleased to see that you were going to remove the battery tray as I couldn't figure out why mine would not come out.
But then...well, you know the rest.😕👍🏻
I think you should paint that ranger !!! Do one as cheap budget as possible !!
Great Video 👍👍👍 One of the best channels around 😃😃😃
Good work and awesome truck.
Excellent my man. Really good clear explanation as you show us the work.
Great suggestion on doing it back to front like that. You make the work look easy but I know there's more to it, such as KNOWING where to put your clamp and where to tap the metal.
The Ranger is shaping up nice. Stay safe and God Bless.
At least not as intense as Sarah's restoration, this I can work with!
lookin' good, keep safe..
Simply AWESOME! Great video and brings back memories of working on my Rangers.
Excellent video WB 👍 👍 Can't wait for the next video.
Awesome job my man. Even outside with hardly any tools you still get it done. I love detailed information I've learned some things from watching you. Thanks man and keep up the good work. Can't wait for the next one
Good stuff brother I learned a lot
Enjoying your talent, you make it look so easy.
Looks good
Excellent video on door and fender Installation and crush repair, it was very informative and well explained thanks
Wish these newer models of rangers came with wing windows, miss feeling that summer breeze. An open window just doesn't cut it with me.
Hello from Clemson SC
Liking the tip about tracing your wiring with a sharpie...thanks, 'Beard!
Rivit!! Rivit!!
Hey WB. This watching you do body work is the best. Your calm, disarming manner make me feel like even I could do it. Thanks for all your hard work. Blessings from south Texas.
Thanks Jerry
Can't believe my own eyes its awesome dude💯
I admit I am no expert for working on body panels, fenders, bumpers, etc, but I have removed them in the past and re installed them. I like to work on my own vehicles, including my 2006 Ford Ranger. I would like to offer one tip which has worked for me. After removing these parts, there are several screws and bolts of different sizes. Sometimes I have bolts and screws left over after reassembly. To prevent this, I used a medium size cardboard box, and a marker. I punch holes in the cardboard box to match the # of screws/bolts from a given part, say a fender. I mark "fender" or whatever part on the box, and put the screws/bolts in the holes. Then I draw a line around all these screws/bolts to keep them in a "group" away from the other groups of screws/bolts I remove. This way I can see how many screws/bolts go back into a certain part at a glance. No more hunting them down in a cup. Saves time. And I usually have no screws/bolts left over. It takes a small amount of time in the beginning, but it pays off in organization in the end. This insures you replace the correct screw/bolt in the proper place.
Nice ending
Nice fix, that's a good lil truck!
