Yes. What do you mean by basketball specific? I’ve got a couple workouts for upper body already on my channel. But to make it basketball specific you really just need to implement balance and core, and some basketball specific upper body movements.

I’ve never reached 40 on a standing vert, but running vert I was past 40. In 2020 I got a little lazy with my training and more focused on business and the last time I tested my vert it was 35”. But I plan to place much more focus on my own training this year and get above 40 for sure!

Yes absolutely. That's why during season you really shouldn't go to "failure" on upper or lower. The CNS is not "limb-specific". Which just means it doesn't pick and choose lower or upper body, it works as a unit.

It's your nitrogen bubbles popping at least that's where the sound comes from
It's just pressure changes within the joints. If it is not accompanied by pain then there are no worries!

I do weight vest training 5 days in the week and in between I do three days of strength workouts would that be overtraining
