    I've been jump roping almost everyday and my ankles tendons and calves feel fantastic, they just keep getting stronger. You and knees over toes guy are the best in this area

    For a dancer and athlete who is a beginner in plyometrics, any recommendations on how to progress between these levels? For efficiency and safety. What’s a good estimate for the weeks/months in between each level?
    Baby plyos daily (low-impact) (level 1)
    Baby plyos + high impact plyos 1x a week (level 2)
    Baby plyos + high impact plyos 2x a week (level 3)
    Baby plyos + high impact plyos 3x a week (level 4)

      Yes. What do you mean by basketball specific? I’ve got a couple workouts for upper body already on my channel. But to make it basketball specific you really just need to implement balance and core, and some basketball specific upper body movements.

    Is there a max weight for wearing a weight vest while doing plyos? When does it become more strength based as opposed to explosiveness. I will do a couple sets of say dunk approaches with a 60lb weight vest then do the last two sets without it and fly..good strategy? PAP?

    Hey Nathanael, for some reason my knee either when I flex it or do squat or just get up I hear a cracking/popping noise and it isn't once and a while, It happens every time I do a squat type of movements?

      It's just pressure changes within the joints. If it is not accompanied by pain then there are no worries!

      I usually run about 2 hours but that's because I hit my leg session for the day, then mobility, and then core and a little upper body. But leg sessions are about an hour with the warm up included!

      I’ve never reached 40 on a standing vert, but running vert I was past 40. In 2020 I got a little lazy with my training and more focused on business and the last time I tested my vert it was 35”. But I plan to place much more focus on my own training this year and get above 40 for sure!

      Yes absolutely. That's why during season you really shouldn't go to "failure" on upper or lower. The CNS is not "limb-specific". Which just means it doesn't pick and choose lower or upper body, it works as a unit.

      You should do a few sets of eccentric single leg calf raises. But remember it’s overuse. So try your best to rest it besides practices and games.
