  • Our SP2 Mode Adjust technology is here to give you even more freedom to fine tune your shocks. SP2 shocks allow you to choose between a "Soft" or "Performance" setting. Tune them to your liking based on vehicle setup, driving conditions, or personal preference.
The choice is yours, which setting will you use?

I understand the value of the SP2 having this ability in your monotube 2.1. But I don’t understand why this would be necessary in your 3.3 quick adjust piggyback. Isn’t that a redundant capability ? One of the reasons I am considering the 3.3 over a SP2 monotube, is disconnecting the shocks to make an adjustment seems to be way too much effort and hassle.

What!? I never knew you could do this with the Falcon 3.3 piggyback shocks? I thought it was just the monotube shocks. I hope I have the shafts rotated to the firmest setting. My preference. Just took it out of the box and installed it right away. I was too excited to read the instructions so my fault. Excellent shocks!

So even though it has those adjustable on the top of the shock you can adjust it by turning the shock itself also

Yes, you can set them to soft or firm before completely installing them to the Jeep.

Do you have the 3.3 shocks in stock? The rep the shop I have doing my lift is waiting on the rep to supply the shocks. When will the 3.3 shocks be back in stock?

It depends on the version and lift height. They are going in an out of stock weekly. Please give our customer service team a call with a specific order number and we can get you some more specific information. 801-713-3314

@falconShocks What spring setup do you recommend for a 2'5 in lift with the 3.3 SP2?

We test and fine tune all our shocks with TeraFlex lift kits. But they will work great with any lift height in the designated height thresholds.

When you say you can put it in the soft setting, would you say it’s softer then oem red shocks? I’m looking for more plush ride for my JLU rubicon.

The factory shocks are probably going to be softer, but a lot less control. If you are looking for a softer shock than the factory I would check out the Falcon 1.1. Made specifically for the plushest of rides.

Ok thank you but the 1.1 don’t come for stock height rubicon. I see the 9550 vss for stock height, would be that be softer?

They will be more firm than stock.

Is the soft/cold mode setting stiffer than the Rubicon red shock, or softer at the low dial setting? Installing E Adjust Thursday and trying to decide which mode.
