Astroworld I can see being up there (not on par with those, but still quote unquote Amazing) I agree that Kanye can ruin vibes with his lyrics, and he does it all the time, but I think it works on Runaway - in fact the juxtaposition here is intriguing. Runnin's production is much better than Up. That's a wild take. You can argue the hook is better, but the production...nah I agree with MMLP2, my problem with your take is that you rate Relapse and a few others from that era higher. That said, this is always fun - enjoy your content.

It’s got the best intro song, some of the best production (Kanye), it tells a story with a theme, etc…I literally can’t say enough about this album I listen to it pretty much everyday. My favorite Drake albums are Views and Dark Lane Demo Tapes.

to defend the superhero and runaway take here's my input. a perfect song is a song in which there is nothing that you can change to make it better, that song is at its best possible state. i agree the runaway is not a perfect song, which doesn't mean it's a worse song. superhero can be perfect, but not a 10/10. runaway has its flaws and things that could be changed, but it's still a higher score than superhero because superhero doesn't do as much as runaway. there isn't anything you can change about superhero to make it a better song, so it's stuck at a 7/10 or whatever

to defend the superhero and runaway take here's my input.
a perfect song is a song in which there is nothing that you can change to make it better, that song is at its best possible state.
i agree the runaway is not a perfect song, which doesn't mean it's a worse song. superhero can be perfect, but not a 10/10. runaway has its flaws and things that could be changed, but it's still a higher score than superhero because superhero doesn't do as much as runaway. there isn't anything you can change about superhero to make it a better song, so it's stuck at a 7/10 or whatever
