Hi, would you consider doing a review on the TCL C835 Mini LED TV? Thanks and solid review of this TV by the way! Love seeing the more budget and everyday affordable items being reviewed.
This TV is decent, but you can get the 55" Hisense U7G or U7H for around the same price and that is a much better TV, capable of 4K 120HZ. I own the U7G, for the price it is hard to beat. TCL is another brand to consider.
A few questions: Which TCL tv woud you recommend as being comparable to the 3 Hisense TV's (E7HQ, U7G and U7H) and, as you said, are around the same price? For gaming, would you say a sound bar is needed with any of the tv's?
@@VinRoo1989 I would always recommend a soundbar (or better yet, 2.1 channel system with bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer but requires a stereo receiver or get a cheaper integrated amp. I have a SMSL A300 integrated amp for under $200, it is awesome and sounds incredible, small too with a subwoofer out.). Built in TV sound is usually tinny, especially with the thinner panels of today. I got my daughter a Polk soundbar with subwoofer and it sounds much better than her LG C8 OLED built in speakers. For TCL, the TCL 6 Series/R655 QLED is currently their best TV. The R645 is about as good as it, so it is worth looking at if you want to save some money. I hope this helps! The Hisense U8H is the competition for that particular TCL, and has faster gaming performance and better blacks so I would choose it over the TCL. Hisense has better processing and local dimming.
@@ricsim78 Thanks for explaining and quite fast too. I just read that Hisense makes the tv's that they sell in China and the US better than the ones they sell to Europe. In Europe, there is a IPS panel used instead of a VA, hundred times of less local dimming zones, less brightness and no Dolby Vision for gaming modes. In a decent amount of people's opinion, this makes these tv's worth a lot less than the ones they sell in China or the US. What's your opinion on the matter and how much of a difference it would make? Having all this in mind, are there better 50 inch or 55 inch tv's to be found under 800 euros that still offer good quality, similar to what you've described?
Hello, I am a bit confused, I reviewed a lot of videos and they also do the same thing. TV name you mention is E7H, but in the link it heads to E77H, I checked boths tvs are available in amazon. So are they the same?
Hi spawn point, I’m thinking about buying Phillips the one tv 50 inch (2022) as it’s on Black Friday sale for 800 euros and has 120fps, VRR and ALLM. I play on ps5. Do you think I should buy a budget tv like this or buy the Phillips tv for a bit more money. There aren’t many reviews on the Phillips tv so that’s why I’m not sure what to do.
Thanks for the review! These TVs having a DVB T/C2 and S2 input makes 2/3 of my set top boxes obsolete!! Which is a huge plus in setting up a clean view!! Now my question is, if anyone had tested it: does it work with the Samsung soundbar auto on/off feature? Like my Samsung TV does work with the Sammy soundbar remote, is what I mean LOL! Thanks in advance!
Waiting to see if my Samsung TV that packed up in the week is either repairable or scrapped by the insurers. Bought a 32 inch on from Argos as a stop gap. Great TV and feature rich. May well by the bigger brother. Thanks for the video.
Hi dear friend I have a question I am in doubt between Samsung E7H TV and BU8000 Which one should I choose? Since you tested E7H I would like to know your opinion Which one should I choose?
You can get better performance out of your center channel, if you pull it further out from your cabinet and placing something underneath it, so it’s angled to your listening position.
Benq is coming out with a 48" oled gaming monitor soon hope to see you review it. I like the detailed reviews you give! Then I'll decide between either that or the LG Ultragear 48GQ900.
I'm using the TCL c725 which is basically almost the same. But,.... the TCL is a bit cheaper , it only has a 60hz panel , has a decent onkyo sound system, has allm but not vrr , and the imput lag is much lower than the hisense.

I picked up the 55” Tuesday and it’s a very good TV
Hello, I am a bit confused, I reviewed a lot of videos and they also do the same thing. TV name you mention is E7H, but in the link it heads to E77H, I checked boths tvs are available in amazon. So are they the same?
I love your videos Chris
Hi spawn point, I’m thinking about buying Phillips the one tv 50 inch (2022) as it’s on Black Friday sale for 800 euros and has 120fps, VRR and ALLM. I play on ps5. Do you think I should buy a budget tv like this or buy the Phillips tv for a bit more money. There aren’t many reviews on the Phillips tv so that’s why I’m not sure what to do.
Thanks for this bro
NICE BUDGET TV
Budget content would be awesome for those like me who can't spend thousands of dollars on some items
It’s a fair point and one I’ll try to incorporate now.
More budget TV please!)
You should do a review at the end of the year of your favourite tv's overall since you've reviewed a lot of them.
Won't the PS5 overheat in that position? Nice setup thou
NICE BUDGET TV
Love your videos bro
@user-zp6ie5ej8t okay bro
WWWWWWWWW SPAWNPOINT!!!!!
Haha thanks man 🙏
Hi dear friend I have a question I am in doubt between Samsung E7H TV and BU8000 Which one should I choose? Since you tested E7H I would like to know your opinion Which one should I choose?
You can get better performance out of your center channel, if you pull it further out from your cabinet and placing something underneath it, so it’s angled to your listening position.
I’ll give it a go , thanks
@@SpawnPoiint Did it work?
Yay a UK based channel liked and subscribed.
Thank you 🙏
@spawnpoiint hey can you decrease from 4k to boost the hz to 120hz? Like 1080p120hz
Benq is coming out with a 48" oled gaming monitor soon hope to see you review it. I like the detailed reviews you give! Then I'll decide between either that or the LG Ultragear 48GQ900.
I'm using the TCL c725 which is basically almost the same. But,.... the TCL is a bit cheaper , it only has a 60hz panel , has a decent onkyo sound system, has allm but not vrr , and the imput lag is much lower than the hisense.
awesome!!
Need to buy this so I can watch Lionel Messi lift the World Cup in 4k resolution.
Please review one of those cheap TCL QLED Tvs
I’m looking at getting the 50” Hisense 4ktv.. just subbed as well 👍👍👍
more budget stuff pls
Rooting for England to win the WorldCup like always- btw nice review- and hey which team are you rooting for?
NICE BUDGET TV!!!
it is actually a good tv for the price, for Xbox series X and PS5. it does support 120 hz but at 1080p. None of the consoles run games at 4K 120 hz.
Is the picture noticeably different when changing down too 1080p from 4k too run at 120hz or is there not much difference in picture quality due too the upscaling and HDR Ect thanks for any response
@@Rusties844I can't speak for this tv model. But I have a Sony X90j and I play call of duty wazone at 1080p 120 hz. The picture quality is really good at 120 frames per second.
Does this tv supports 2160p hdr?
Looks nice but wish there was a smaller one to fit on my TV stand in my room.
For 100 more Hisense offer a 120hz 55" model, at least they did around a month ago as I picked one up
Is there any ghosting or smearing on this tv
