Amazon's pricing for this TV has been all over the place. I was lucky to get it for £549 but it has also been £999, £899 and £649 within the space of one week. Also you should note that unlike the identical E7H model this Amazon only variant is not eligible for the current Hisense cash-back offer.

@@MartinSwider No issues at all for use as a PC monitor so far. It's a very nice display. I'm used to OLED displays, and the QLED mini-LED does a really good job at closing the gap between LCD and OLED. Definitely not as good as OLED still, but it's way better than what traditional LCDs are like and is very close. Very happy with it. Low latency options like game mode make it very suitable for a PC monitor (and gaming) with low latency. I've noticed some strange flickering in some scenes in a couple of games (will try to figure out what is going on there - still a beautiful image with low latency regardless), but apart from that, all other games are flawless - it's quite a stunning image. Though, I don't know what your expectations are for a PC monitor so I can't say for sure if it meets your standards - but for me, it's brilliant overall.

it seems 120hz is coming to the mid range next year. vizio has some brand new sets for pretty cheap with 120hz, but i notice they only have 32 dimming zones. plus they have not had a chance to go on sale yet, the more expensive version is 1200 for the 75 inch, i'm sure that'll drop below 1000 given time.
