    Man I've seen lots of trainers try to lay out the same old movements and on top of that I've seen them try the same old slow and controlled eccentric with a nice even contraction but you bypassed the BS ...I got a better understanding of how to contract and focus a spot from this one vid then I did from 100's of others. Great job and I'm trying a couple of these

    Hi Ron love videos thank you so much for the information. I realise that some guys who do weights especially body builders their grips are different. i mean their thumbs are usually over the bar than the traditional under with most grips. is there any major difference in comparison to under than over? is there any much benefits with theory. i await your response eagerly. Thanks in advance. GOD BLESS

    Great video, you always give a lot of tips. I train 3 times a week, making a full workout each time, would you recommend training the rear delts everytime, or just separate the shoulder workout in three, front, middle and rear? Also I would like to know your take on full workout in comparison to training by muscular groups, which one renders the best results for gaining muscle. For me training one muscular group only once a week seems too few. Congratulations for the channel and keep the good job.

    every video about working out, at least from the ppl that know their stuff, talk about control. I use to "lift" a lot of weight for my size. After a few yrs I wanted to take a break, after 5 months I went back and refreshed and start back at 0, light weight control and focus on the movement. I'm seeing good result with less weight and control over throwing more weight in the machine, slow and control is working for me. Im just a regular guy at the gym trying not to get caught up on "lift heavy and lift a lot"

      is best for the joints too, but less weight is good, not breaking a sweat in the gym is not.

      I absolutely agree, that's why lifting lighter weights for more repetitions has advantages over heavy lifting, especially if done as a circuit, like I do. Works up a great sweat!

    The last excersice is the grand master of rear delts. The thing is to go in an angle out to the side so that disconnect the lats and the rear delt takes the full weight. I put the pulley at the lowest so I go from a down to up angle that makes it even more brutal, soreness for days. The thing here is to understand that shortening the rear delt muscle from the humerus to the spine of the scap doesnt have to be with elevatet arms. And its much safer than the other ones. Elevated arms puts the tendons in much greater risk to grind under the acromion.

    Can the iron chest master get you as good results as the bench press?

    • @Ironchestmastervip
      @Ironchestmastervip  7 лет назад +12

      Braden, thanks for asking! The easy way to explain it is that the Iron Chest Master is going to work your chest more fully than a bench press would. I personally don't do bench presses and have not done them for years because they do not allow you to get a peak contraction. However, even when I train at the gym I am always focused on exercises that are safe, give a full range of motion, and allow for a peak contraction. The Iron Chest Master was designed to do exactly that: keep you safe, give you a full range of motion and give you an optimal peak contraction.
      If you use the Iron Chest Master you will absolutely get results! I've had professional athletes, personal trainers and even celebrities rave about the results they have gotten using the machine. So, if you decide to try out the Iron Chest Master please let me know how you like it and what else I can do to help you in your fitness journey - Thanks and God Bless, Ron Williams
