I've been going to town with her tutorials and now my 28 yr old daughter is learning to crochet! I have been crocheting as long as Crystal, but have stuck to the same two stitches. Crystal is such a good Instructor that she has also helped my confidence with it 😊

I need to thank you for the help you give on the yarns from the bottom of my heart! I'm now in a wheelchair and I'm unable to go physically buy anything to do with yarn arts as I cant get to many places on my power chair esp if they are far from my home as the battery on my chair will die before I get to the places never mind getting back ! So thank you for your review regarding yarn and other products in the yarn world then I can go online with more confidence of knowing what I'm buying so thanks again love you girl and your family God bless you!

Hi Debora I agree with you. It is very difficult to navigate mobility in wheelchair. I am having to rely on a driver with wheelchair accessible vehicle to go to drs appointments. Shopping sprees don’t happen anymore everything relies on home delivery.

For the love of Michael's, stay away from the Wool Warehouse. It's just like a squirrel to a dog. And they have shiny stuff too. It only takes a week to get to U.S. and shipping is free over a certain amount. Dang, I'm going in! Cover me!

When I buy cakes I always try to find cakes that one ends with a certain color and the thw next one begins with that color because I dont like jumping from one color to another that doesnt go in order

Yes! I have both several cakes from premier and that's how I was matching the color! It depends if I want to color control but that's a form of control tho, isn't it? 🤔
This is what I do as well! The crochet crowd has a tutorial on this “how-to doctor your cakes” I find when you buy a 3 pack each one goes in order! The end color of the cake is the first color on the next etc.
I do the same thing!

I haven't seen any of these in person, but going by this video, I would say my favorite is Cotton Angel Cakes. I really like that soft variation in color.

I was lucky enough to get a heap of skinny cakes on special for half price. And a couple of The caron cakes for friends who want beanies and scarves for their children. Yarn arrived on Wednesday and I am just about to start set 5 of 5. I got carried away and just did them. My next project is a red and black hoodie pocket scarf for my eldest sister.

The baby pastel colors are all so beautiful and so are the angel cakes the ripple cakes rain, meadow, copper rose, oh my word I love them all including the solids. You can definitely mix and match them. Thanks for your company

Michael's has a buy one get one 50% off on all yarns and after seeing your caron yarn unboxing I had planned to go to Michael's and then to get a text from Michael's this morning saying they had the buy one get one 50% off I had already planned to go but now I can't wait to get there that sale means I can buy more cakes.
