Thank you. I planted mine 3 feet away from the fence since they grow about 4 feet wide. I started a watering schedule for the first year I will share that in my update video, so stay tuned.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you SO MUCH for posting this! Do yours turn brownish/reddish in the winter? I planted a long row of these on my fence line in 2022. I purchased them from Great Garden Plants as well and they were basically twigs with the tops bent over. I would never purchase from Great Garden again unless I had no other alternative. Yours look MUCH fuller than mine. Mine are growing but they are still twigs with sparse growth and hardly any fullness. I am in zone 8b.
I am so sorry to hear bout your experience with Great Garden Plants, I bought mine in the fall and they were on sale, they were small and I knew I had to take care of them. I ordered dirt and mulch and planted them right away. Yes, they do turn dark in the winter. My first winter with the little trees they turn almost black and looked like they wouldn't make it. The following spring, put them on a watering schedule and they bounced right back. I had to prop them all up with garden stakes and really obsess over them for the first two years. I ran a drip hose and I fertilized them the second year.
They are planted 2 feet away from the fence. The space is about 100 feet in total. I planted them 4 feet apart, The two large trees made up for some of that space. I managed to get all 24 trees in the space with at lest four feet between them. I will be doing a one year update on the trees. I must say..they grow fast.
@@royalblossoms4029 really appreciated your two videos. I just planted 20 along my property line in New York today. Did you just put one wire wrap per plant? Or multiple at different heights on the leader?
They look great! I am going to be planting about 10-12 along my fence this spring. Look forward to more of your videos!

Looking for an update.
Nice video. How many feet apart did you plant from the fence?

Do a video of how to stake your trees
I will it’s been cold and raining here in New York. I’ll do an update on a sunny day this week.
I will. I got the steaks from Home Depot and some wire ties to hold them. I go around and loosen up the ties as needed as the trees grow.

You already have a nice fence why the trees
I love evergreens, I also added the trees to soften up the fence and it’s also added security back there.
