One of the best reviews I’ve seen so far. I was looking for some shoes that won’t hurt the bottom of feet 🦶🏽. It’s mainly for for doing squats, deadlifts and calve exercises. Not so much for CrossFit type exercises. Any recommendations?? 🙏🏾

Thank you guys for the comprehensive reviews for best METCON shoes. After training with running or lifting shoes for METCON I finally decided to invest in better shoes. I decided to go with Nike METCON 5. I was banking on the Ian’s secure shoelace knot to keep shoelaces from being undone. I definitely know the hardship of worrying about shoelaces getting lose during a workout. I quickly learned a new lace technique and never had those issues again. I tried it on Nike METCON 5 with skipping, running and box jumps-no issues!
I have most of these shoes, I recently got a pair of Strike Movement Haze trainers and I am in love with them. I suggest you add them to your next review, pretty sure you will be blown away by the performance.
Perhaps it’s a good ideal to know some other shoelace knotting techniques 😉 Have a look at Surgeon, Parisian and Berluti knots… perhaps you might even like to make a video about different knots.. 😉
Would love to see you guys start posting workout routines. Started following your other channel because of screen protectors lol. But seeing Aaron’s results over the years has motivated me to hit the gym a little harder. Thanks you guys!

I hate the Nano X1s with a passion. They were such a disappointment coming from the Nano X’s which were the greatest shoes until the Metcon 7s came out. The Metcon 6s are great but I found the 7s to be better. The X1s dug into my Achilles on runs and were horrible for weightlifting.
I fully share that opinion, X1 dug into Achilles on runs and were horrible for weightlifting. The X1s are very far from being crossfit boots. Metcons 6 are too shallow for me and it looks like they're about to fall. The Metcon 7 sits perfectly, holds the ground perfectly and is very good for weightlifting. For me, M7 are the best shoes I have ever used for crossfit (I used Nano 8, 9, 10, X1, M6, M7)
The metcon 4s are my absolute favorite so unsure what to upgrade too

I love my Nanos. I still have my 4's and my 9's may be my favourite. I like the Nano X as well. Love the reviews, thanks guys
