Bri Hall I struggle with being consistent with ab workouts and eating better because I’m a teenager that still lives with my mom so I eat whatever is in the house 😂 but when I go to college I’ll try juicing and look into ginger teas and things like that which was one of my favorites! My other favorite tip was about cleansing because I believe I struggle with bloating.. Like I belch a loooot 🤭😂

I’m a fitness trainer, and I approve of Bri’s presentation in this video! Drink your water, reduce salt, and you’ll see a change. Especially the herbs she uses ginger is a big one for slimming down👏. I tell my clients don’t mess with whey protein (milk based protein) it causes problems and most of whey proteins have a lot bad ingredients that’s not needed. #GetHealthy2018&Beyond

Caribbean food is super healthy if you take out the meat and fried stuff. My mom used to make us eat a couple pieces of fresh aloe vera for a whole week every other month with a glass of water. Boiling moringa, fish oil by spoon or the capsule, ginger tea, our dishes always have thyme, bay leaf and tons of garlic, right down to the green seasoning we cook with. TIP from a West Indian chef: Always add 2 or more cloves of garlic when cooking, I think lots of recipes don't add enough and it's so great for you. Get out of that broccoli/spinach/green beans funk with: bitter melon/carela, zucchini, bok choy, chinese broccoli/spinach, squash, Chinese long bean/bora/bodi, callalo, collard greens just cook them in vegetable broth without the meat. I get sick maybe 1 once a year, IF THAT, because of these things. I still have bread, switch to a non dairy milk, and cut your meat and seafood down to one meal a day or less. Spice up your salads with some pickled red onions or marinated onions(@nocrumbsleft) or raw onions, make a homemade vinagrette with avocado oil and ACV or red wine vinegar, roast some colorful beets, add berries or any kind of pico de gallo you like; switch out the tomato for radishes, cucumbers, whatever to keep things interesting. And I do a simple vegan avocado dressing that Chef Roble created on my salads, tacos, sometimes a breakfast sandwich so I don't cut half an avocado and waste the rest.

It is possible to have both I think. Mostly water and clean eating yet healthy carbs/proteins add the weight where needed. But most women will have a bit of a pudge unless their genetically blessed with a super flat stomach.

To whom it may concern... I normally drink about a table spoon of apple cider vinegar diluted with a glass of water, a sprinkle of powdered ginger, turmeric and cayenne pepper and maybe some honey. It supposedly helps with losing weight in the abdominal area but I drink it for digestion purposes. Oh and also don’t forget to drink (hopefully diluted) apple cider vinegar with a straw as it can damage your teeth.

I naturally have a small and athletic body type but because of my low energy I haven't been exercising as much and as a result I've been gaining lower tummy fat. Love how you talked about diet, the internal effects of getting a flat tummy. Exercising is good but diet is key to a flatter stomach. Thanks for the knowledge #GangGang

I’m sensitive to dairy (it gives me cystic breakouts.) so thats been out of my diet for years and my acne prone skin has improved dramatically by eliminating it from my diet. and i think that that has also helped my stomach stay small as well.
