- Like a kid in a candy store. This beach is covered in Pyrite, Chalcopyrite and Jasper. I pick up some and play with it in Super Iron Out and even cut a few. Enjoy!

Like picking through a pile of treasure. Chalcopyrite and bornite often have absolutely stunning appearances! The peacocks are jealous. Thanks for sharing.
Living vicariously through meminer.
Love to see your work, so inspiring!
Keep it up!❤🎉
Fantastic adventure sweet finds so cool and awesome with iron out did more knowledge so fantastic like always for me magnificent videos thank you
II'm an old woman who loves rockhounding! Just bought (my FIRST purchases) some chalcopyrite already soaked in acid. I thought it just was FOUND this way, so your video taught me a TON!! How amazing.
Hope I didn't ruin it for you. They should have told you that they did that.
Hiya Greg, awesome video and after you took them out of the acid, they were so beautiful. And so cool.
I hope you have a awesome blessed day.
Cya. 😺🐟 out!
Thanks my friend
I’m going to check out awenda tomorrow. I already have the iron out. Water is pretty hard up here already 😅. Beautiful colours!
Good luck!!
Wow, that stuff is gorgeous!
Great Vid Mr Miner 👍 , Note To Self "Must Move To CANADA "😅
Duuuuude. Another meMiner video, sweeeeet!!
Thanks much!
Those are awesome!!!!
Luv the colors 💖
Looks like a great spot for pickin.
I'm always looking down more than ever before when I'm in an interesting area around water. The cleaner the rocks are, the easier they are to identify 😄
Would have been better searching after a light rain or if I remembered a spray bottle. Found some off camera easily where Shelby shook off. lol
WOW! I love them! You are a master! Thank you for sharing with us.
Thanks so much 😊
Faz muito tempo que te acompanho na cassa ás prata pedras e outros minerais, abraços aqui do Brasil amigo
Funny I was just at a rock shop today looking at these!
At least tell a joke with an introduction so provocative□ Rock Rock; Rues Rare? Copy writ Ten sow don't copy me punctuation😉 are☠️
Where are you finding calcopyrite crystals at the beach!!!??? That's awesome! Is there a mine nearby?
Yes. There was a mine behind it.
Lovely - thank you
Many thanks!
Very nice!.. can I take a moment to tell you how stupid I am.. lol.. flew to El Paso..then drove to several parts of Mexico.. did I look at one rock?? No ..stupid me saw a snake and was to scared ..( it was a cool vacation tho)..anyway.. great video..❤️☮️
I understand the fear of snakes, especially if you don't know if poisonous. Next time.
Wow, neat trick. I wonder if vinegar would do anything?
I was surprised how angular and un-river worn the rocks were. Lots of pretty rocks there. Shelby was happy. Thanks!
Congratulations on almost 80,000k keep uP the hard work 🐾👣🌮🍺✌️
Thanks so much!!
I got some teeny chalcopyrite chips in an online auction. I thought i would try a quick tumble on them just for fun. I'll know what to do with the iron out if they lose a little color. Thanks for the video.
Winning!!!!!
Very good close up while hunting. Should bring a little garden rake/claw, can't think of the name, they're about a foot long, 3 or 4 thick metal wires tongs bent about 90°, maybe an inch and a half from the end. There is usually one with a three pack of small garden tools, now days they might be made of plastic, that works well with metal detecting, but wear quicker, but won't scratch coins or set off the detector.
Good idea
Always a relaxing, informative time spent with Meminer
Didn't know about the acid trick to change colour,, is it permanent or does it oxidise and dull?
Cheers mate
I first did this a couple of months ago and they still look the same. Not sure what will happen over a few years, but worst case, just do it over.
😎👌👍✌.
I wish i could find a bolder of chalcopyrite
I know where there are some huge ones, but too heavy to carry. ;-)
Wish I knew where you were????
I have never done that. Beautiful results. Can you cab it and then give it a soak and have the blue show up?
I did it with some slices and it worked great so no reason it wouldn't be the same with a cab. Just have to pick the right material that doesn't crumble
@@meMiner yup. Thanks for the think through.🤗
So will regular Iron Out do the same thing? Didnt know they make a super...
That will work fine
Wonder what they would look like tumbled?
They are a bit fragile for tumbling. The jasper from the same site should do well
Can you tell us where it's located? Perhaps you can share the GPS coordinates or directions if it is someplace one can collect without violating private land, etc.
I was introduced to this spot by someone else. It isn't my spot to share
Approximately how long did you let them soak?
I tried various amounts of time. For most rocks, 3 hours seemed to be enough. I did others overnight and didn't see a noticeable improvement. I also tried with copper in the solution which was recommended but I didn't notice an improvement

Thank you so much for this info.

If you take those for your own I'll Sioux you👍🫠😁
