But you need to not get hit or buy an upgrade that allows you to heal, such as with dashing. Really always a hard choice. Edit: maybe I was wrong about that. Usually base damage adds modifiers, but maybe not here.

enemy spawn rate and heart drop rate is relatively constant compared to experience requirements to level up (and get possible damage upgrade). So bloodlust is always beneficial in terms of damage acquisition over time.
This isn't the game for that. By the time the run ends you maybe have a good build. If you're playing dash by the time the run ends you're halfway to a decent build. This is just an average vs knock off. Except endless grants zero rewards.

Espresso Frenzy + Minion is my favourite combo! I think the minion makes espresso frenzy a gold tier upgrade, because you no longer have to worry about keeping the meter charged. Plus, something about seeing the minion dashing around at super speed high on Espresso is hilarious to me.

I bought every possible upgrade (after that you can only buy hp-upgrades) and stopped the game after almost 2 hours and a bounty of a few millions, because the game slowed down so hard you could watch your bounty rise at single digits... never understimate the power of the vampires!
If editor didn't roast you for taking 3 separate useless upgrades after you had the infinite pierce upgrade, why bother roasting you for not using one of the best combos in the game?
Just beat infamy lvl 42 and I can assure you it's not fun in any way. Just a tedious grind for the achiev. Wish I got the infamy achiev when infamy was capped d at 10. Now going to 50 is just absurd and in no way fun.
