Toxic Survivor abusing game bug on Dead By Daylight

So I entered a map with 4 randoms. I eventually stumbled upon this survivor who decided to use this bug to stop me from picking her up who was later joined by Kate Denson- Marduk3280. The survivor can move however they want as seen in the video, forcing the killer to slug and waste time/bloodpoints. Devs, please fix your game.
