If anyone is also interested, I wrote down some of the ingredients for my shopping list. I'll copy it below
Chicken thighs
2 teaspoons of hung. Spice mix (paprika 3/4C, Leaf Marjoram 1/2C, salt 2T, Garlic powder 2T, pepper 1T, Onion powder 2T)
White Onions
Carrots
Parsnip
Celery
Cabbage
4 cups of chicken broth
20 minutes
Quarter cup of pasta (imma used egg noodle)
Another 10 minutes
Sourdough bread and beer as sides
Toppings are a tiny dollop of sour cream and chopped parsley

That is one thick soup!!
I don't think that you really needed any pasta added, that soup looks like it would be able to stand on it's own!! At least you used orzo, which is pretty much like rice.
The addition of paprika and cabbage really make it an Eastern European recipe!!

My bubba used to make a dish with bread dough on the bottom, and a mix of cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and cinnamon, poured over the top, then baked. I still make it. Any idea what it’s called? I want to call it something that sounds like “plutzak”.
"Plutzak = PLACEK - in polish that means any type of cake. Hope this helps.
