I just picked up my 2022 XT6 Premium Luxury last week and I couldn't be happier with it! Terrific looking and functional, great space and comfort, reasonably priced for it's segment, great tech and safety features, plenty of power and a smooth ride! It's my first domestic US car brand purchase in 20 years.
I just purchased an XT6 Premium Luxury 2021 and I am loving it. I really had to get used to how to change from park, reverse, neutral, and drive. Coming from doing the regular P R N D D1 D2. Now I understand why old people don't like to change vehicles. Lots to learn. It's is lots of fun to drive. I had a Platinum Ford Explorer that had many of the features this truck has plus a few more, but love the ride of a Cadillac. Had 4 Escalades in the past. Did not want the 100,000 plus price tag on the new ones.
I am thinking about one, because I really like the look. I have a Cadillac coupe now and will be trading my older Range Rover in on my next SUV. Some videos have pointed out some things that I do not like and there are some other brands that give you more for less $$$! However you like what you like, so I might just buy it. I am considering the Aviator and the Telluride. How is the ride? How is the display, etc. No fluff please, just real feedback. Thanks.
@@TheFadingTheory as far as the ride i would give it 8 out of 10, really nice, comfortable, good handling. Infotainment and display- 5 out of 10. It is there but very basic in comparison with the competition like MB GLE, Audi Q7. Still a great SUV and less expensive. What are you comparing it to?
The door handles work at night. They come on when locking/unlocking the car. I can only see them on my Cadillac coupe at night. If there was a way to attach pics in RUclips I would attach my cars lighted handles at night.
Hmm, ok. Why do you think RWD would be better that FWD? Some would argue that performance is better but is that why you buy an SUV? Maybe one they they will base it on the new V, 600 plus Sedan coming out shortly. That would be a performance model. Thanks for watching!
I just wish they would've had a bigger screen in the dash, or some led accent lighting around the interior. It's just a little too bland. We went with an Aviator instead
@@MattTheCarguy we love it. Although, reading a few horror stories about them in forums has me a bit concerned. But I guess that's what warranty's are for lol. So so far so good!
@@MattTheCarguy I own a 2019 traverse and am contemplating getting the 2021 xt6 Sport. I really like your review. The traverse is humungous as compared to the xt6. The GMC Acadia is comparable to the XT6 (same platform if I am not wrong)

Congratulations on your purchase! Cadillac has come a long way in 20 years.

Congrats!!! Sounds like you are loving it and thats the most important thing. Great choice!
Got a really good deal on one (2020 Sport AWD), and enjoying it. Very smooth and comfortable ride, looks good in my driveway. No complaints.
Congratulations! Nice SUV. Thanks for watching!

I am close to closing on a 2021 service demo. 2,000 miles and $9,800 off sticker. Seems like a good buy.
@@ScottParisi Especially right now that seems like a steal.

Nice looking suv
Almost 1000 subs keep up good work
It needs to be RWD based, like the original SRX base it off of the CT5 or CT6. Offer a 2.0 liter engine, 3.0 TT engines.

Loving it more and more. Gonna test drive one real soon.
It is great! Thanks for watching!
Se despegó la Cadillac es inigualable hermosa como todo producto GMC USA
I can't be sure but I'm thinking the 3.6 liter V6 in the XT6 is the only power plant in this segment that runs on Regular gas (87 octane)
Lincoln Aviator runs on 87 as well

Aviator's interior is very luxurious. I've driven a Hybrid one but was not able to review one yet. How do you like it?

What’s the exterior color ?
Its in the description of the video. It is called Shadow Metallic and its extra $625. Thanks for watching!
The Chevy Traverse is much bigger than the XT6
Agreed! It is slightly bigger but still direct competition.

@@shashidl Thanks for watching! I did the Acadia as well. XT6 in my opinion would be a nicer choice
Lincoln aviator
I will be reviewing one in 2 weeks. Thanks for watching!
The short answer is NO!
