I cannot believe that her soon to be ex-husband was allowed to take possession of her body and cremate her within days of her demise.
That is sickening- that is the stronghold the church has- they refused to make him a suspect- same fate as Michelle O'Connell in Florida-
Because he did it. So no evidence
Wow I had no idea that’s insane
That is the most nerve-racking thing to me!! It makes me 😡😡😡😡😡😡
She's dead. She killed herself. The husband did nothing to her. You need evidence if you want to make a claim. There's no evidence he did anything. She bought the gun. She called 911. She said she wanted to kill herself and she did. That's the end of the story. Sadly she was mental.
Reinvestigate the husband.
Investigate the entire cast of characters-EVERYONE, even the seemingly innocent patrons in the store and at the gas station...
Never assume always investigate everyone
Well of course. I think everyone is aware something does not seem right
He has refused to meet with them. Seems he is trying to evade something. The thing is, the real JP has been exposed now. There is no going back from that. He is a pariah in the community now and will be closely watched from this point forward. Only deaf, dumb and blind fools would buy anything he offers. His high life is over.
I agree. My heart breaks for any woman suffering similar abuse.
If u watched the interview of her dad it’s awful she’s been abused her whole life .. all of that needs to be busted open her parents … she called P S when very young .. why ? Im gonna be real with everyone here. Suicide isn't something you always plan a head of time. it isn't always something you decide to do and say good bye to people. sometimes the thoughts just hit you all at once and overwhelm you and keep you from thinking right. sometimes it consumes you and you pertend to be just find but really you nearly holding it together and then the wrong thing happens and pushes you that one step closer. and sometimes you get so close to doing it the only thing that stops you is chance. someone may call or text or you might snap back to reality. but if the wrong stimulus happens it may be the thing that gives you the push to actually try and do it. you may pay your bills and make plans never thinking you would actually do it only to have the worst day ever or be so sad that it just snaps ya. mental health isn't something to make light of. She was suffering and it really looks like those around her didn't see the signs or she hid them very well. I don't know what she was going through but i can only base this off my own struggles, I've come close to making that decision but thanks to people around me taking notice Im doing a little better now.
Exactly her family is in denial
@@Shynestarlight2013 Her husband and his lawyer are under FBI investigation. His lawyer is a AI specialist. Let that sink in.

@@A_World_Full_of_Lieswhy cause a RUclips channel told u ? lol
It wouldn't be surprising if the pastor/husband had help from someone in law enforcement. That's how her death was quickly deemed a suicide w/out much of an investigation. And how he was given access to her body for cremation immediately.
he convinced them she was "crazy"...😒
He could have also had a hit man . Strange but stranger things have happened
Good point about law enforcement- sadly.
She skipped work. She went to a pawnshop and bought the very gun that would be used. She drove to and arrived at a remote location alone. She called 911 and told the dispatcher she was going to kill herself. Police showed up and she was dead in the water. And it being deemed a suicide is so suspicious to you that you think he had law enforcement buddies?
@@trickortrump3292 clearly you did NOT listen to any of the VALID points the family argued 🙄
1. How do you know she "drove to and arrived at the remote location alone"??
2. How do you know she wasn't being coerced and/or threatened to purchase a gun?
3. How do you explain her body bring found in 1 area but the shell casings in another near still waters that do not account for movement of her body?
Also, by your reasoning, how do you DISREGARD her previous acts - 1. she paid an attorney 5k to file/serve divorce papers; 2. she made weekend plans w/a friend; and 3. she was making arrangements for her car payment. WHY would she do all those things (and more) if she had intentions of killing herself???
#makeitmakesense
To me she looks defeated.
He lured her to a location that has a police department that wouldn’t have the sense to investigate bc it appeared to be a suicide and then rushed to release her body. I believe this was planned and he was definitely involved and the police should have done more. Things are not always as they appear and of all people the police should know that.
Nope
You think the police didn't fact check his alibi for where he was? You think the FBI would not think to look into it now that they are involved?
That's a lot of opinion.
She was mentally ill, yes, but not dumb. She had it planned. She made sure to be discreet with her intentions, acting normal and casual, not setting red flags so that people would notice. It's a sad story. Many mentally ill people go out this way. I attempted 15 years ago, so I speak from experience.
His alibi was just his truck driving down the road. Who was in it? You cant tell

April 26: Day before Mica's death
The day before and of her death, deputies confirmed John-Paul and his alleged romantic partner were not in North Carolina.
Officials said he went to Charleston for a sporting event and stayed the night there.
The Robeson County Sheriff's Office said he drove back to Myrtle Beach the next day and was with people as he traveled to and from the event.
Found my cousin dead in his car. 1 year ago last week. 2 bottles of pills. This dude was the best dude to ever be around. Funny as all hell. Was one hell of an anime artist. Could free hand pin stripe on ANYTHING. Nothing was off about him that we physically noticed. Nothing to indicate he was in a terrible position in his life. No women problems. No drug addiction. Not an alcoholic.
27 years old. While going through his things we found pages and pages of anime comics he drew. Like comic books. Blew our mind the talent he had. I can’t fathom the thoughts he was experiencing everyday. RIP Butters.

He wasn't being stalked by a psychotic 2:50 husband lol
@@MayrowsYou should seek professional help. There is no stalker, there is no staged suicide, only a woman who chose to take her own life and in her own way stop whatever perceived pain she had.

RIP sorry for your loss
Suicide is sad....... I have had two good friends who have done the deed, one, a very close women friend phoned to say she would like to go out to a nightclub - we went out and had an awesome time and I dropped her off at her home in the early hours of the morning - I was phoned at work to say she had taken her life that morning. She left a note saying that she was not prepared to go through with the pain of having a 12th operation to try and solve a serious spine issue. Two. A male friend had received a considerable bonus from his company and had decided to go to a resort and have some fun. He met up with others within our group of friends and had one fantastic holiday. On the day he returned home he took his life.
Many questions were asked and much sorrow experienced over the loss of these two dear friends but one thing that showed was that once these two friends had made the decision to end their lives they chose to celebrate and redirect any concerns about their well being.
I agree very sad
It's hard to accept, but that's how far she walked after shooting herself. No, she wouldn't have gone into the swamp ordinarily, but her body and brain would have been in a state of shock. Nobody would have staged it like that.
You don't know who would have staged what. Investigaters and cops have seen all kinds of crazy things that made no sense.
@@TheMentalLevelUpPodcast Right. Her husband is an intrepid assassin, he got in there and out without being seen. She didn't argue or struggle with him, just cried loudly. Then he carried her body 120 feet out into the swamp to make it look less like a suicide. Or some random person killed her with her own gun, shortly after she wrote a suicide note.
Yes, unfortunately people are in denial.

The family is a bunch of liars she definitely committed suicide and their is evidence she did
People who are suicidal continue living their life normal, making plans with other people, calling people who they love like everything is ok, saying see you tomorrow etc. I know it’s hard for them to accept this, but what she did is very common on suicidal people who succeed in taking their life. Most of the time because they don’t want to raise flags for people.
I once heard the story of a guy who called his mom like he usually did, confirmed their lunch together for the next day and within 30 mins he proceeded to jump off his apartment building.
I do agree that her suicidiality probably was due to her husband. But it really does seem like she went to that place in her mind where she had already accepted that choice.
It’s so hard. I pray that her family can go through the necessary grieving processes. It may take a while but I hope they get there. It’s such a tragedy she ended up with someone like that psycho pastor
You make such a logical point and esp your thoughts on her relationship with the Pastor & CHURCH! She may have felt there was no way out other than death .. religion and its leaders can be extreme 😢
She also could have thought to herself that she hopes people give him hell because of it. Almost like a way to get revenge. It happens
She bought that gun because she was afraid her soon to be ex was up to something. It wouldn't surprise me if she was going to meet him somewhere & that's why she bought it & he ended up using it on her

This is beyond sad and tragic, but water levels change like you said and wind. I hope her family finds peace ❤
The fisherman said the water was way down the day it happened. She may not have had to wade if the water was lower. If she did not immediately die, she may have struggled in the water, propelling her body out further. It's ridiculous to think a killer would be way out there in a swamp, call 911, an then try to hike back out of the swamp, get in their car and drive out of the park without getting seen. And there would be more footprints in the muck around a swampy area. I understand family and friends having problems accepting it, but people who are determined to commit suicide, will often go into it as if it is part of a normal day. They don't always act irrational with every step they take.
finally a statement with a ring of truth
Its NOT ridiculous to think of ALL the possibilities when your loved one has been threatened, abused, falsely put into a mental institution by her husband, which gave him the opportunity to erase all the evidence of abuse that she had on her phone, same guy who uploaded revenge p 0rn of her onto the internet & admitted it!
People have done ALL KINDS OF RIDICULOUS THINGS to commit & hide their crimes, including wearing a diaper, starting fake businesses, buying smuggled snakes etc. Maybe YOU would stop at what YOU think makes sense, but there are PLENTY OF FAMILIES who only got justice because they did NOT stop at basic logic and they did NOT listen to people like you calling their theories ridiculous at the lowest time in their lives (while still grieving). They got lucky, got open-minded detectives, and now they have justice for their m *rdered loved ones. Whether THIS case is self-harm or not, those other "ridiculous" wacky cases would not have been solved had they had your closed mindset.
Open minds lead to a more clear truth.
It is possible to get there in a boat and not leave footprints.
on the other hand if she was so concerned her family find her body afterwards she called 911, why then would she leave her car to do it? and hike into the woods, why not in the car? I think she was asked to meet him to discuss the divorce and she bought a gun to protect herself not realizing that everything was set up for her "death by suicide"

This is beyond heartbreaking 💔!!!!
Everyone is speculating about her actions- There are several things that caught my attention. The thing that is BIZARRE is getting gas. I want to know exactly how much she spent at the gas station. Was she so low that she couldn’t make to the location she was found at? I hate getting gas. I fill up out of necessity. If I was planning to end my life, I would not be concerned about my gas level unless it was on E.
what bothers me is this...different videos show different gas stations....on one, she uses the porta-potty outside....I believe near the door...and the cashier is a woman....on another video, there is no porta-potty and the cashier is a man...reporter says he was the last one to talk to her...😕 very confusing !!!
Her husband killed her. Whether he staged the entire thing, OR drove Mica to despair through his narcissistic evil, he is a monster.
Or she ran out of head meds because she's nuts
Have you listened to the 911 call where she tells the operator where to find her body? or the fisherman who heard her crying and the shot ? It seems like a self inflicted death pretty hard to show any outside intervention
The guy was a complete psycho and should be in prison, no question about it. But, let's be honest here, she literally called 911 and told them what she was going to do. Case closed.

That’s a very good observation. I hope someone sees this and checks that out further.
It was JP following her.
Yes, and he apparently has a "team" of loyal stalkers in his church who have helped cover up his evil in the past, including affairs with teenagers, which was the age Mica was when he started grooming and "dating" her while his "team" t £rr0rized his ex the way he's doing former members now. They tried to help Mica escape this marriage, and they were stalked at home and work for it! Crazy how a pastor can even HAVE a team of stalkers that have been loyal for 15yrs, and his lawyer lives near the site where Mica's body was found, with bruises and scratches mostly on her hands. Just hours before in the gun sale footage, she CLEARLY has no scratches or bruises on her hands! 🧐🧐🧐 What the dad says about her hands lines up with her husband's line of thinking.
That's old Sammy looking for a lot lizard, hahahaha
It's quite obvious, he wanted her gone. JP doing his drama act in church is horrible.
No, she wanted herself gone. .......
How was she able to buy a gun if she had known mental issues.
Well, I think in SC you dont have to have a permit to purchase, nor to possess...to carry the gun you do have to have a permit. So, if she bought it saying it was for protection purposes at home, she was well within her rights to do so. Lets all remember though, gun laws are irrelevant when someone makes up their mind to acquire one. For things like this situation, someone such as Mica would have found a way....just my thoughts!
it’s america is this a real question
Gun store wouldn’t know that unless she told them or she was committed in a mental institution.
You think the guy at the gun store knew she had mental issues???? 😂
Because she obviously lied on the 4473. If she had told the truth on the form, they would not have sold her the gun. Go look up form 4473 and you'll see the question I am talking about.
This is straight forward, she took her life
I do think that she did this to herself 😢
FBI, obtain and scan ALL of her electronic devices, also scan for any life insurance policies.
Sooo glad the walls are closing in on him... dude is the worst of the worst, he should be held accountable.
This case it’s so weird, for one side it is very common for suicidal people to make plans for the future and look happier in the days before committing suicide, also how she was alone dressed in black and buying the gun on those cctv videos, it does fit with a suicide. On the other side that 911 call feels wrong, there’s an echo on her voice there’s a male voice on the background, the ambient noise of the call does not sound like she was out in the open on the forest, the location where her body was found, and others details do not fit. I hope we can learn the truth soon. 😔
911 call was ai. If’s incredibly easy to do. She was buying the gun to protect herself!

Lol yes back coves do stagnate
She nailed it when she says “none of it makes sense, I can’t wrap my brain around it.” John Paul couldn’t have been a worse husband and had all the signs of being the one who did this, yet there is no definitive hard evidence. What is going on?
Her husband killed her, Sending prayers for this family
If you type it, does that make it true?
Nothing suspicious at the servo except the white car, JP’s car & the guy on the bike surveilling her.
The guy on the bike might have some weird reason why he went behind the trucks & came past Micas car but the other 2 they were tracking her.
I think he manipulated her somehow. My ex was very weird about me leaving him. He did things that made no sense to outsiders. He would constantly try to get me to meet him places so he could hurt me but was very manipulative about it so I would think he was being nice or helpful. I think she couldn’t see the evil or didn’t know how to process it. It’s hard.

He stalked her, saw her purchase the gun (probably to protect herself from that psychopath) it was either going to be him or her, and he made sure it was her!
I mean she's on camera buying the gun and she called 911. She might have just been done with everything going on with her life and divorce. Also there is this stereotype that everyone who is suicidal acts a certain way which is just not true. Many people who have off themselves act normal hours before they did it as if it's just another day. Some people are not dead set on doing it until that very last second.
Additional video from that remote gas station shows the same black pickup driving past several times while she was there. Who was that?
My question is what if someone found her still alive and tried to take her by boat to get help, then she died and they panicked and left her there for fear of being involved?
Why didn’t she ask her family for help?
Yes, i think it's suspect - my thoughts when hearing the 911 call - if she was so concerned her family find her why would she leave the car to unalive herself? Did she buy the gun to protect herself from someone?
Also if she was concerned about her family to the point she called 911, she would have also been concerned about them having unanswered questions. If she planned this I think she would have left a note for her family so they would have some peace.
Re-open her death investigation.
Why didn’t her things float down with her body? So many unanswered questions.
Because they were on the shore of the river.

How he made her to buy a gun? Who called 911 if it's not her?
Feels like she got a fun for protecting herself not deletion
Is that gas station on her way to work? I have not heard anyone say for sure
Ask jp to take a polygraph (perhaps his lawyer too)
I love how all you PI's are ignoring the fact that there were multiple eye & ear witnesses who saw her enter the park alone, heard her crying, heard the gunshot, almost immediately found her belongings, then found her body, and no one saw or heard anyone else in the area. She bought the gun herself, she called 911 to tell them what she was about to do so they could find her body, and then she put the gun to her own head and pulled the trigger.
She called the police 911 to say she was killing herself. They need to get over it if nothing is found. Husband is a POs but that doesn’t mean he is culpable. The family has no education about how those who intend to suicide act but GMA, why? We shall see.
What a cruel statement!!! You don’t just “get over it”! You have obviously never lost a loved one under suspicious circumstances and have no idea what that is like!! The parents, family and friends are all grieving and for you to say they “just need to get over it if nothing is found” is beyond cruel!! You have no idea what they know about the situation!
