Great point about ten points off the bench. Lack of quickness against a tight tough defender would be my main concern with Allie at this young juncture in her career.

Me as well, take our chances against Notre Dame. Me personally I really don't care about the seating when it comes to March. Just get in. I trust in Gino and the coaching staff.

Love your broadcast and insight. I am a fan and now a Sub.
Chen doesn't need to score as any given time she has 2-3 great shooters on the floor with her...her job is to get them the ball and only shoot at a last resort.
Even KK has had many goose eggs an has la beenuded for her defense and other stats that aren't recorded...samething here.
There are far more attibutes that Cghen brings consistently than what the typical stat table shows.
    Chen is very consistent
Chen has less than 2 TO's per game, a far cry less than last years PG.
She bring the ball up with great control in what the game plan and play requires..
She guarded their top scorer in this game and held her below avg.
She was involved in a very high percntage of the Xaviar turnovers.
Chen is one of the loudest vocal leaders on the team (Geno)
My take here is if Chen is being that non-productive, then Geno will lessen her minutes or put her on the bench like he did Ice.. and has done so to good players regardless of her expirience...but he hasn't; so it appears what ever he needs from Chen; she is getting it done... consistently
Lastly watching the video from the Wells Fargoshoot aroound where Chen was isolated at the other end of the court... she was missing quite a bit more than normal.. something look like it has gone array with her shot or she is in midst of changing it in prep in the professional leagues..just like Napheesa did he junior year.

Mark who did Lsu beat, and Ucla has one win I think the rankings are pathetic. It should be strength of schedule, not just wins and losses

It looks as if Samuel's has reached the bottom of the depth chart. I would not be surprised if she transfers out at the end of the season. I always cheer for the underdog, but this looks like a mountain to steep to climb.

Xavier couldn't beat an empty court.

The women's game is growing, but the overall depth just isn't there. It has to be so hard in the Big East playing exhibition games for months and to stay sharp. ACC or Big 12 would be major upgrades if one of those hops happen. Hopefully in 25 years the floor of Division 1 major conference teams is significantly improved

Quadence Samuels is a raw undeveloped talent. She brings energy to the court and you can't deny her hustle. She gets rebounds, steals, and she's has a level of energy that can be disruptive to opposing teams. When she's on the court she's a taller version of KK and plays with the abandon of a Nika. They have so much talent on this team that I believe she hasn't gotten the attention she deserves to help develop her talents. Geno must have seen something in her or he wouldn't have recruited her in the first place. She's only a sophomore so there's still time to develop that talent. IMO she's a better player than Ice especially on defense. All the haters out there want immediate results like UConn got from Paige but Paige is an animally, not the norm.
