Like you we do not go back to the same resort as we like to try new places. That being said we are going back to the Majestic again in April. We found the food to be quite good compared to the other resorts we have gone to. Good over all review and would agree with on your take on the Majestic.
Thank you! I kept hearing so many bad things I was looking for like recent ish reviews on this place. I booked it for 4th of July week and then kept hearing everyone hates it. Had me worried af. Glad you hear you liked it!!
We did not do the adults only, and honestly for us it was okay, we only saw a handful of kids and most of them were teens and didnt really hang out anywhere near us. There is an adult only section, and they have their own pool that is separate from the others. It is good to note that the resort itself is pretty big and you never feel super crowded. (at least we didn't, the only time that was super busy it was at night when they had a huge mexican fiesta theme party but that was very fun)
Talks for sharing. Shampoo and Conditioner quality in the room was good? Is there anywhere you can rent a catamaran to go out and snorkel? Water still warm in December?
The shampoo and conditioner quality is okay. Personally I always bring my own because I have really thick hair and the small sizes just don’t do it for me. To rent a catamaran talk to the concierge team, they can really make anything happen. Personally I felt the water was comfortable enough. I live Oregon where there is no way I would go in the ocean water in December because it’s literally so cold but in Cancun, we were out there for hours. It felt pretty comfortable.
