    how do you manage to do everything twice a week? how do you fit everything in

      my routine is as follows
      Monday - legs
      Tuesday - chest/shoulders/tris
      Wednesday - Back/Bis
      Thursday - legs
      Friday - upper body

      Got to sleep earlier, only way to do it consistently

      @@uegk-zb9xp i try to sleep around 10 -11 PM, i would like to sleep earlier but right now im having to juggle some many things, so having to sacrifice some sleep temporarily while i get through this period.
