my routine is as follows Monday - legsTuesday - chest/shoulders/trisWednesday - Back/BisThursday - legsFriday - upper body
How do you wake up at 5am😂 I give up
Got to sleep earlier, only way to do it consistently

@@uegk-zb9xp i try to sleep around 10 -11 PM, i would like to sleep earlier but right now im having to juggle some many things, so having to sacrifice some sleep temporarily while i get through this period.
