You should probably have some general knowledge on how to sew first before watching this video. It is showing that you simply place the hook and eye on the parts of the clothing you want them to clip together, and then sewing them in place from the loop. You can practice by using what you are trying to fix and holding them in place to make sure you have them facing the right way
