    SAFETY FIRST!
    The focus of this week's video is working on our endurance strength. Improving our endurance means that we can do exercise for longer amounts of time and improves our ability to do harder exercises too.
    Please make sure you read our safety slide BEFORE attempting any of the exercises. It is advisable that you watch the video at least once to familiarise yourself with the correct form of each exercise.
    Equipment required:
    Towel
