I'm back with yet another video in which we review two of my most favorite concealer and wear them side by side to see which one wears better :) Thank you so much to those of you who helped me decide on which concealers to compare. You guys are the absolute best!

I think the Benefit concealer wins by a smidge! Both do look great, though. Seeing the results in natural light really helps! 👍🏼
Given they are so similar in finish I guess the tarte is more cost effective as you only needed one shade as opposed to benefit where you need two. Also historically, benefit have never really embraced a diverse skin colour range (though tarte have had their own issues too), so I feel like tarte wins every so slightly overall!
I have tried both but benefit boing is much better in my opinion, it’s not matte and when set doesn’t look dry and cakey under the eyes, I don’t lose coverage throughout the day like I do with tarte shape tape

I started using Tarte shapr because your videos and loved it. Besides Tarte is Cruelty Free, while Benefit isn’t , which is a big thing for me

The BOING CONCEALER, its the more hydrating twin to tart shape tape !
Honestly I found it more drying than the Tarte one. It looked crusty on me. I don’t recommend.

The Bobbi Brown corrector and the Live Tinted Hue sticks are really good too 😁👍🏼

Im 40,oily skin but dry,puffy undereye and smile lines and wrinkles but i still prefer the tarte one (i have both) it looks smoother and lasts longer and i dont have to use powder to set it couse its a matte finish (looks to dry when i powder)
Benefit never gives me that coverage as the tarte one and the hourglass one neither,both creeses a lot

Really made my morning❤ btw i have a recommendation of an affordable concealer that i think is better than the shape tape its a klavuu skin veil concealer its a korean brand i love it so much its easy to get a korean brand here in indonesia but i dont know if you could get that in your country but if you could get that on amazon i would love to see your review on that hehe sorry for the long comment just want to let you know😊😊

It’s hard for me to tell a difference, they both look great! Do you have any videos where you’ve tried color correctors against each other like the Pixi one vs. Becca or Bobbi Brown? Or the one from the Believe Brand at Dollar General?

I have both. prefered Benefit's formula but Tarte's shade fit better so I mix both, perfect for me
I could only hope that I can conceal as well as you do I don't know what I probably do wrong I also like to wear powder foundation again now so I'm going to search your videos do I put powder foundation over my concealer to blend with the rest of my face I've still been trying to figure that one out but I will say I think the Boing is pretty good so I may go and try that one thank you as always for your informative videos and you are quite beautiful dark circles or not
I don't like Tarte because it looked off underneath my eyes, like it could not melt into my skin. It looked like a mask and oxidized extremely, turning into an either rather white, really pink or really yellow color, neither looked natural at all. The coverage was also more medium than full for me. I prefer the Too Faced Born This Way concealer, it really gives a lot of coverage without looking unnatural.

Also the concealers both look gorgeous on you . I think it comes down to which one feels less heavy and drying. For me depending on the weather and time of day, the shape tape can be heavy and drying, but I feel it is literally plastic surgery in a bottle lol. On days I feel my eyes are dry and I want a more 'natural' look I reach for the mac pro longwear.

They’re both really good high coverage concealers. But if I had to choose, I would go with the tarte shape tape ☺️
Hi Sarah, I 💕 your videos and suffer from extremely dark circles. I trust and value your opinion. No matter what I use the concealer gets extremely cakey and gray.. I never set it either because it looks worse... could you do an updated tips and tricks video please??? Also, could you test out the new L’Oréal concealer that’s supposed to hydrate and conceal? Thank you so much for all your helpful videos!!! 🥰🥰
LMD NY she mentions the becca color corrector in almost all of her videos and it seems to work well for her! Perhaps you could try it? It should help with the gray ness, not sure about the cakey part. I use literally 2 dots on my under eye and it helps with the cakeyness.
