1 of my top 3 favorite songs by Scott. so happy that I was able to take my daughter to see him perform. it took him almost 3 hours to come out on the stage.. but once he started to sing... it was d3finitely worth the wait. wish i could have met him & talked.. i adore you. R.I.ZP.
In this version it seems he says “you are the apple of my eye / You are the sun that made me blind” I think, anyways. But that’s definitely different than what you have above from the studio version. Really interesting what choices artists make in live performances vs their earlier studio recordings!
