Many thanks mate. Yeah the whole family is excited I’m excited for them. We’ve been in the countryside for quite some time now, so it will be great to live in a place that has everything close by for a while.
@LukedJohnston ah good. Yeah it's a nice area and the Aldershot Garrison just down the road puts loads on for the kids during the holidays etc.. all the best, looking forward to the videos to come
Congrats on the job Luke! Going through the application process for RMAS. Hopefully the videos you'll do can help prepare someone like me 😄

Congratulations! Im in the process of joining RMAS. hopefully I'll see you there.
Thanks, yeah I’m sure you will. Don’t be a stranger if you do.
Happy Days, congratulations on this achievement.
Yes, thank you mate much appreciated.
Cheers for the video mate! I'm hoping to eventually go to RMAS, hopefully, you can get to a soldier-to-officer video. Congratulations and thanks again!
No problems, happy to help. You’ll be in the right place to find out what you need to accomplish your journey.
My Platoon CSgt at RMAS ( 30 years ago!) was R IRISH. We benefitted from his soldiering experience and non Guards approach! The platoon and CSGt are still in touch via social media to this day. You are about to make a huge impression and deliver lasting memories and lessons to a cohort of Young Officers. Congrats to you.
Congratulations, keep up the hard work, and keep the videos coming 💪 👍
Thank you! Will do thanks for sticking around 💪
Good luck to you and your family...

Congrats you was a reyt screw at ITC I was 3 section believe you was 1 chindit platoon 👌
Chindits were the best in ITC for that term 💪🇬🇧
Congratulations on the new role been watching for years now, how long will you be an instructor for?
Thanks @reubenbunter8925 appreciated and yes I can remember when you first subscribed around the end of 2019. Thanks for the long term support! I’ll be posted there for 2 years. So move down Aug this year and then leave in Aug 2026.
@@Rangermedia yes of course, glad I found the channel early on, I’m hoping to finish my a levels this summer and start my application - best of luck with this new challenge
Can you do training diets etc
Unfortunately not mate no. I’m not a nutritionist or qualified to give you a plan specific to your needs for performance outputs. I studied training over nutrition.
Congrats
So RMAS would be a permanent posting then?
Promotion too?
Thanks a lot appreciated. Army postings are normally 2-3 years away from your parent unit. My case the Royal Irish. Infantry normally post for 2years and training establishment post are also normally 2 years for everyone. So I’ll be down there for 2 years, after that I’m not sure yet. Yes it will also come with a promotion, that part isn’t official yet the promotion board sits in a few weeks.
@@Rangermedia good stuff
Got to love military bureaucracy
Month long selection, your deemed suitable for a post requiring promotion, told that your getting, then you have to be selected for promotion
