I had the same problem! After 3 service calls with 3 different service technicians, the serviceman cleaned the invisible wax buildup on the lint filter with soap and a toothbrush and wiped off the stainless steel sensor located near the lint filter.
SOLVED!

I picked one up recently for half price (it was a floor display unit) and it's worked well for me so far. We'll see how it works over the next few months to a year, but so far I've been happy with it.

At the end of cycle, it shows DR error and dryer shorten the drying period. There could be many water in the drain pump area. You better clean up the water in the drain pump area. The drain pump could be dead.

Had the same issue with the same dryer. Found out the drain hose was to high Made the drain hose drain aim downwards and haven’t had that issue since.

The DR means it is a draining issue. Likely time to take the pump out and clean it. Also, want to clean the sump area with a wet/dry vac while you are in there.

Yeah we got the same problem. It should not take more than 1 hour and still the clothes are not dry does matter if it is 1/2 load, 1/3 load or full load.

I would say humidity sensor is broken. Device thinks clothes are dry and shortens the cycle to end.

have you deep cleaned the condenser under the flap on the left hand side, run it under a shower head till its clear ?

Because you overloaded it you need space for air to move around in the dryer you should pnly fill it up half way

You mean, way to much stuff, run a cycle with 2 or 3 regular towels, select the Towels cycle, if it does the same with the timing, then you have a faulty unit. If it works great, then you know you are overloading

There are 4 shipping bolts in the back that needs to be removed. They prevented the drum from balancing.

Too much in the dryer. I also never use the cotton dry even when drying jeans or sweaters, I do permanent press and if needed add 20 minutes time dry at the nd

So, following all recommendations, I got into a deep cleaning of the intestines of the dryer. Great result and keeps the dryer going for about a week.
After a call with their support department, I was told that the unit is already 2 years old, so pretty much dead.
We bought a great new unit from another brand.
